Received my RT-590 for Christmas. Doing the 1st burn-in tonight. Wow, this Beast heats up quick!!
This video was far better than reading the manual, should have just watched this to start with.
Printed out the manual and it was nothing like the Deck Boss 590 I got. Very disappointing!! Love the video!!
The video doesn’t show using lock washers on the legs-to-bottom tray, just washers. Since I have 8 screws, lock washers and flat washers remaining, I’ll add the lock washers to this step. 😢
Yeah, just ran into that as well.
Had to take all 8 back out to install the lock washers.
Not a huge deal but it would’ve been nice to do it once only.
Thank you
Still waiting on one of this BBQ channels to release a video showing a cook using this - I just ordered one yesterday
Just got mine. Shipper forgot a couple things but the grill is great so far. Thanks for the video.
Just ordered mine and hit the pimp my grill slide in and out double rack system! I’m hella excited!
Just got it out of the box. It’s built like a Sherman tank! Assembly next……
Beautiful recteq baby!
What is the depth of the db 590?
what is the heat up time, and how many briskets can go on this thing?
I'd pay somebody $200 bucks to put this damn thing together. Said it takes about an hour which means six for me.
Just got my Pit boss 590 - i cant wait to fire it up!
How long does it take to get it to 700 degrees?
The one I order has cheap Chinese legs, burnt welds, and the bottom tray doesn’t girt right because there was zero precision used when bending the legs
For $900 I want a smoke stack
