This is my favorite Incubus song. My dad showed me this band as a young lad and im 16 and a hardcore fan! Thank you incubus, for you have saved my life.
It was 1998, a little unknown band (to me) named incubus was opening for KoRn. A bare chested Brandon Boyd came out on stage with his dreds and bongo'd / digerydoo'd his way into my heart. I've seen them a total of 12 times since and always will come back.
Oh my gosh that’s so amazing! I wish I was alive when their earlier albums came out. I’m 16 and I saw them live in probably 2017 or so and it was absolutely amazing.

I think A Crow Left of the Murder is my favorite album of theirs. It blew my fragile little fifteen year old mind back when it came out and still sounds new to me even though I know the lyrics to every track like the back of my hand.
Totally agreed. Compared to their first albums, their new ones are totally different in style. A Crow Left of the Murder is the album representing their transformation and is the link between newer and older albums of theirs. It has a unique flow that the other albums couldn't achieve! ^_^
Same here... It was a time I discovery happiness and sadness... manipulation like this video.. this song reminds a scream for revolution... even with this easy harmony and "drums"... shows us that we are being controled by the system.. by the politics.. by the TV!
I love all their albums from Fungus Amungus to their newest stuff but Crow Left of the Murder is my personal favorite for two reasons. 1. I thought they blended their styles better on this album then any other which made it super distinctive and really well thought out 2. As a guitarist Mike's guitar work on this album is beyond sensational and his solo on Sick Sad Little World is one of the best ever IMO
I was blessed to able to see them live in 2019 for the "make yourself: 20yrs later tour" in NYC And his voice is so incredible it was absolutely perfect! Not many ppl are able to sound as good as the studio versions live but that man didn't miss a beat. I fell in love with the band all over again that night. Long live incubus!!!!!!
I feel the only reason this astounding band is less well accepted by mainstream because so many of their lyrics make us take a look at ourselves... so many people hate truth, if it means change... {IMHO} they are my favorite band, ever! :)
Amy Surface , they put so much of their soul into their music, and into their fans as well. They also put alot of their own personal wealth into their shows to make them even more astounding for people like you and I! Loved em from the get sister!
@Daniel Weston arguably means you can argue it. And yes they are. Their 95-2006 run was huge. Fungus Amongus, S.C.I.E.N.C.E, Make Yourself, Morning View, Light Grenades..
