And the worst part is it’s cheap and affordable for the patient, but doesn’t bring in money for big pharma. That’s the worst part, right doc?

Exactly! Not FDA approved ? Not peer-reviewed? The FDA and peer reviews often approve medicine based on how much they're paid. Studies are too small, like the covid-19 studies, maybe? How many doctor prescribed medicines can literally kill you. Lots. How many over the counter FDA approved medicines are dangerous, even lethal two children and fetuses. Lots.Actually, how many over the counter FDA approved medicines taken in an improper dosage can kill you too? Lots.
Always do your own research, including any medicines these two doctors would prescribe.

That means it's not regulated and could have all kinds of adulterants in it including lead from less ethical manufacturers. The FDA recently found lead in children's applesauce imported from Ecuador that was sold in 27 states. No one is looking for anything in the supplements we are buying.

They can be full of things like lead or even the actual prescription drugs you are so keen on avoiding. On top of that the prescription drugs added to the supplements come from countries with weak standards so those prescription drugs are full of adulterants as well. Maybe we should quit inspecting meat manufacturing plants and eggs and other foods as well. Before the FDA existed all kinds of unhealthy and even poisonous adulterants were added to food sold in grocery stores. When things aren't regulated they get cut with other ingredients to stretch them out or don't even have what they claim to at all. Just look at illegal drugs. I love Berberine, helps my digestion and is perfect for when I eat carbs. I’ve tested my blood sugar and it works! Doctors rely too much on “there’s not enough studies” to justify their synthetic drugs. Synthetics work but if a natural version works just as good why not use it first? Looks to me like these doctors are whipped by their employers, which I’ll remind you is not their patients or other doctors but the pharmaceutical reps that give them their check. Once you realize that it makes sense why some sleezy doctors never recommend natural alternatives over synthetic/RX/OTC drugs. Even synthetic vitamins are made by pharmaceutical manufacturers 😭 which wouldn’t be bad if they ran tests on natural substances but there’s no money in something that’s naturally occurring. Also makes sense why these greedy companies are trying to patent natural compounds. It’s crazy shit show and these doctors are just pawns in a much bigger game at play….

So many smug idiots in these comments. Supplements are unregulated and it's not the win you seem to think it is. Full of fentanyl as well as plenty of other adulterants BECAUSE THEY AREN'T REGULATED!!!

This is a very confusing vid, guys. I have done deep
dives on both, but this vid isn't really educating anyone properly on either. Honestly, you should tell your viewers to consult their functional medicine doctor. There's a lot more to
both of these options and everyone should do a deep dive. I don't think Ozempic is a safe option, and many people, like me, have issues absorbing regular Berberine. I wish there was an easy button, but balancing hormones and finding the right mix of supplements requires professional help, muscle testing and trial and error.
