    Thank you for the great videos! I’ve always wondered if it would make sense to put all of our sales people on Zoho Desk, rather than CRM because their job as sales people seems like it’s really just running a helpdesk, what am I missing?

      Thank you for the kind words Jason. If all they do is helpdesk then Zoho desk will be a great system to work with. If sales is involved then Zoho CRM is the right tool :)

    Hi
    i need your help in creating escalation SLA for below steps
    when the new ticket is assigned or customer reply the it should automatically get assigned to agent A
    if agent A dont resolve the query with 2 hrs then it should get auto assigned to agent B
    if agent B also dont resolve the issue in next 2 hrs then it should get assigned automatically to agent C
    agent A ontime assigned
    agent B after 2 hrs from ticket is created
    agent C after 4 hrs from ticket is created
    please let me know step by step process to implement same as i tried many times issue is getting resolved .

    Can Zoho desk be used if my customers are calling us for service. They are not going on our website to generate service calls. Our service will usually require a home visit by a tech. If not Zoho desk, which Zoho app would be best to handle this type of service business?

      But seems Zoho desk is based on emails , but most cases the report for request services is from phone call not email, how can we go about it ?
