    Hello and Thank You for this brilliant explanation 🙏 please could U help with the following, I am getting so confused here;
    Do I need to create separate forms for « contact » and « bookings » and use either « web-to-contact » or « web-to-lead » or can I just have one and the same form for everyone which will be either filled out to the max when ppl are ready to book or only with the basic 3 fields asking a question ?
    What would You recommend pls ? From your video it looks like I could just filter later but perhaps it’s better to keep these forms separate from the start ?
    Also, what is « web to case » ?
    Many thanks again 😊🙏

      You will need a form per module. I hope it makes sense.

    How do you add the information that they sent you to a spreadsheet. Do you need Zapier?

    Fantastic Video! Just one thing, though: You mentioned that there is a work-around that will eliminate the "reset" button. You don't say what that is. I suspect that it can be done by the web developer/designer using the source code to create a more visually appealing design on the form's landing page. Please correct me if I'm wrong on that. Thank you!

    • @smallbusinessautomation
      @smallbusinessautomation  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Sorry about it. and Yes, you are correct. Once the web developer install the code, he can skip the reset and can name the "submit" any other name.

    There seems to be mass confusion over Zoho Form and Zoho CRM Webforms - at Zoho, I was told if I want to use approvals that I need Zoho Forms, but you show that this is possible in Zoho CRM Webforms - is this correct that then I would not need Zoho Forms? Also we do not use Leads and would want to bring data into Contacts after approval. Would I then need to manually create the Account and connect the contact to the Account?

    • @smallbusinessautomation

      I do think that Zoho Forms is the best options when you need to push data to the CRM. You can create, update and add new related records using Zoho Forms. FANTASTIC! check my new course www.liorizik.com/p/the-complete-zoho-forms-course-2021-edition

    Hi Lior, I enjoy your videos and it is very helpful for a beginner or for advanced user too. 1 question - as I understand - from your video - you don't recommend to use embed or version of the webform, since you can customize the appearenca of your form by applying the the source code version. I agree, since the webform template designer is really basic, can't be as professional as ZOHO Forms is. But... just a question. You presented A/B testing, which is a cool function. But When I want to start an A/B testing I received this message: "....A/B testing works only for the forms which are hosted in the /embed format. Please make sure before the creation..." So my question is - how do you use A/B testing, if your form is designed by using source code? Thanks!

    • @smallbusinessautomation
      @smallbusinessautomation  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you ! Yes its correct. AB testing can take place only when you are hosting the form on Zoho.

    Hi Lior, thank you for the great content! I have question about leads/contacts who are already existing in our CRM and are filled out the form again. Where can I see they messages in CRM ? Can I create a notification after they submitted the webform? Thank you for the answer in advance :)

    • @smallbusinessautomation
      @smallbusinessautomation  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you 🙏. This is a common problem. When the lead come again it will just update the existing. Not good!
      The workaround is to remove the “upsert “ option. Let the lead be created again so you can get notified. Then you can merge it with the previous one.
