How do you handle a reply to the text message? You send the message, but what if the customer replies "send me more information" or something? How do we isolate those resposnes.

Great question. We solved this problem by creating a twilio based extension. The incoming sms goes back to the crm and create a new lead or assigned to existing lead/contact. This is our extension marketplace.zoho.com/app/crm/abr-text-marketing-assistant-for-zoho-crm

Hi Lior, thanks for the simple tutorial. One question - so if the phone field already includes the country code that needs to be removed because it will be added based on the country field? Is that right?

Contact fields for the recipients will be selected by default. Country and phone number details will be taken from the "Mobile" field automatically. Ensure that you have updated your recipient details in that field in the proper format.
Accepted format for "Mobile" field : [phone]
I personally do not understand why they need the country if they use the country code on the mobile number.
