You guys have really thought of everything as far as manufacturing or the details I guess that it goes into making the vent things for the roof all the different sizes that it can fit to the holes for seagulls the rat vac you guys really do great work and I'm sure everybody appreciates all the thought you put in for your customers
Folks, I know for a fact rats are not put off by hot peppers. I plugged an entry point with the hottest peppers grown just for a laugh. My big rat tunneled through it like it was foam. The rodent in the video didn't like getting wet. Use metal mesh and you'll be fine. Good video from Sacramento

I know it's a long shot but is it possible to do a show in Boston 🤷🏿♂️ the rat infestation around the city is insane. And the pest control doesn't fix the issue. We need y'all . Expand to the north ! 💪🏿
Make sure to puree the peppers, then boil the puree in water then pour it into the dunking pool, stir n mix well. Extra add on - Add a aquarium air stone/air pump to keep the water circulating. Just some ideas.
I just bait and wait like a sniper,posted up with a sheet over my head about 4 yards away with a sheet over my head,laying on a piece of plywood I have stretched across the two sets os stair railings, just as soon as they sense no more activity they pop out from behind the stove . . . . .they will leave all of the regular bread alone but they love those wheat English muffins so I switched to armed more with a 1 pump pellet gun and got em all . . . . You just got to learn their routine and their route /s. Interesting creatures, kinda wish I didn’t;t have to do it but they can’t live here ! Found 3 entrance points outside closed em off and haven;t had any activity in 3 weeks!

I know this is more about rats and it sounds crazy, I dont get it myself, but try to lure them in with Andes chocolate mints. That stuff is like crack to the mice around here and I found that out by accident. We live in a really old house and have had problems with mice coming in for a long time. I tried every kind of trap I found out there and tried every bate people suggested (including peanut butter) I caught one every now and then, but never enough to make any difference. I ended up getting a cat and that seemed to have worked to keep them away for the most part, but I ended up having to keep the cat out of one of the rooms because of furniture pieces leaning up against the wall and I didnt want her getting hurt trying to climb it or knock it all down. I had left a bag of Andes chocolates in a bag in the room (these mice have never gotten into any of our food before either, so I wasn't all that worried about it). Anyway, I left it in there overnight and went in the next day to find the entire bag ripped to shreds along with TONS of mouse poo. I cleaned it all up and sprayed everything down to clean the scent up as well as leaving other scents that are supposed to repel mice. I walked in the next day to see that AGAIN, there was mouse poo in the spot I had just cleaned and was still wet on the carpet from cleaning it. They wanted more of the mint chocolate so much that they still came to stand on a wet soapy floor along with the smell of the cat because I had also let her in the room with me for awhile to try and scare them away. I decided to try the traps again and went with the sticky traps to start. I got another bag of Andes chocolate mints and put a piece of it on 4 different traps. I checked on the traps two hours later and found out that two of them were already occupied. One of them had one little mouse (that was seriously still nibbling the freakin chocolate inbetween struggling to get off the trap) and the other had two of them screaming at each other because they were freaking out over being stuck. Nothing had ever worked in luring them out this much. Its seriously like crack to them. We've had other sticky traps down for months that have never caught anything but bugs. I leave the wrapper on the chocolate because they seem to also love to rip it into little pieces, which are probably for nesting. Maybe you can try it on the rats just to see if it works as well for you? Its been about four hours and I just found the 3rd trap with another mouse, but the fourth trap is gone 😳🤯😫. Whatever was caught in that one was big enough to take the whole trap back to wherever it was headed. I cant find it anywhere 😕. Guess I'll be anchoring future traps somehow. I've got a mousezilla in my house.
I CAN'T WAIT to scrape up enough money to have y'all or your crew to come to San Antonio to help fix my rodent issue. I just don't know what to do anymore. I even went nuts and threw the hottest chillies and seeds all over the roof & the perimeter of the house till I can get up on the roof(which in my disabled vet state, I cannot do alone or by myself). At least I can still try to throw things. LOL I don't know what the heck is wrong with these animals in San Antonio. When I lived up north in Michigan, Washington State & Pennsylvania, the critters there are not desperate to get into your house. Plus I didn't live so close to people in Michigan. The animals up north are NOT so desperate to get into people's main dwellings. Maybe the sheds. But maybe also it is because homes up north are more insulated? These animals in San Antonio ARE CRAZY MOFOS who are beyond desperate to get into EVERYONE'S homes! It's CRAZY here! I'm all out of ideas! I fixed as many holes in the attic and house that I could do the past couple of yrs. I put ultrasonic devices out, poisons, deterants, hot peppers & sprays and traps. Things I COULD afford at the time. We had problems with all kinds of rodents trying to get in AND mice that actually got into the house when we first moved in. ESPECIALLY the attic the rodents like to go. I thought I had fixed everything and got rid of them as we didn't have rodents for at least about a yr and now they're back! I'm so MAD & frustrated. And it's hard doing anything or dealing with anything being as chronically ill as I am. 😢 I AM HOPING TO GOSH THE RATS DONT COME NEXT! I had found out my neighbor next door had rats about couple yrs ago and they may still have them. Not sure if a bunch of hoarders live close by? I'm so MAD! Lol

Looks like you forgot to boil the pepper in water for 15 minutes-1 hour before pouring the water in that pool. None of the heat is released in cold water.

If rats were big enough they'd definitely dispose of you for being in their territory whether you owned it first or not. Humans are animals too and we are entitled to our territory until something bigger, stronger, or smarter comes along to take it from us. That's nature buddy

The things we think about doing to GOD’s living creatures are crazy.Every man and woman has a purpose as well as every species of animal as a purpose that affects the environment for us all to thrive and we’re always thinking of ways to rid ourselves of what our entitled asses believe to be a inconvenience for our lives never mind what the potential threat to the environment it creates without the native species of animals,plants,bodies of water,and humans.Our ecosystem is being destroyed by the hands of HUMANS ONLY.
If rats were big enough they'd definitely dispose of you for being in their territory whether you owned it first or not. Humans are animals too and we are entitled to our territory until something bigger, stronger, or smarter comes along to take it from us. That's nature buddy
