Hi! This is actually very easy with video games. Most console games have a settings menu where you can turn off sound effects and music and just leave the dialogue on. Then you record your footage. It works for any cutscenes that aren't pre-rendered. Additionally, the website where I got my D1 through Forsaken footage had the music and dialogue on separate audio tracks, so I just had to turn the music track off. And lastly, my video editing software has a dialogue boost and background noise suppression tool. If you have any further questions, I'd be happy to help! It took me years to learn the tricks since I didn't have anyone to tell me, and I'd love to shorten that for you!
