Douglas, it is also great for flying and jetleg. two years ago I did more than 1 million miles with one airline alone from teaching tai chi. Tai chi energizes and revitalizes me.

I am really happy to have found this! I used to do Tai Chi, but since I tore the ligaments in my knee, my doctor told me I couldn't. I'm glad to have found a way to practice now. I'll be ordering your DVD come payday. :)

Towards the end of video it looks like he is not sitting in a chair. Interesting. But just in that position as if he is sitting on air.

      he has to be sitting.
if not this is an extreme squat hold position, the body eventually will tremble

Question: Is Tai Chi practiced once a day or can it be done twice a day. Is it best done on an empty stomach pr just after a meal.

When my right arm crosses over my right shoulder clicks. It does not really hurt, just clicks in the shoulder. Is this OK?

I have a rare disease, MPA, and I gained so much weight, I am currently at 48lbs from prednisone and being unable to do anything from pain. Now the meds are helping, and I want to do this so bad...sadly I have to wait until I can afford to get the DVD's, but I hope it can help me. I fought my way out of near death, now I have to fight my way to recovery of my mind, body and spirit.
