    I had my knees replace, then got really sick. I took Tai chi for arthritis. The exercise helped me walk better and help me regain my health. I later became an instructor.

    Great to hear from you Longjam, we only have two instructors in Calcultta and recently trained instructor at Tami Nadu, you can find them at the Tai Chi for Health Institute website, otherwise consider starting learning through my instructional DVDs or Online Lessons, you can find them at Tai Chi Productions. We cannot post links here, but you can find these sites through google. I would love to train more people in India if possible in future.

    I enjoy your classes. I must say. I was disappointed to hear her say to treat with a sugary treat. We all know that sugar destroys brain cells, feeds on cancer cells & causes many diseases. Why not a soothing & healing massage, or manicure, pedicure or a natural sweet treat like dates, figs other fruits. Walnuts are great for brain cells & memory. Just to name a few. Let's not go against what we are trying to build. Mind, Body & Spirit. Peace & Blessings be unto you.,🙇🏾‍♀️❤

    Hi to you,
    I got intrested in you and watch your videos and do Tai chi along with you and your group of people. I also own a pair of Shaolin Kung Fu shoes that I am using for Tai Chi. In the later future I will get involved with Kung Fu too and use my Shaolin Kung Fu shoes for Kung fu also.
