Hey Maliek -- thanks for another tutorial -- I see that recently you have really been pumping out a lot of short, quick tutorials on specific editing features -- very helpful! Thank you for all of the work that goes into these! Do love the longer videos also -- covering broader production topics and "philosophies" -- having one of those every once in a while is great too! Keep up the awesome work!!!

Nice technique. Your reply to HARAPAN TV's question answered my question as I watched this video: "Does this work if you are scanning the scenery? Because the location of the object is changing on the screen, will the object be removed or will it reappear when the location on the screen is changed? " . The presence of some isolation technique on an object as it is moving would be a great feature to include. It would be the video counterpart of what can be done to a photo in Photoshop. Once isolated, the object could be altered, enhanced or removed.
Right now I have CPD version 14. If they provide an easier method to remove or, even better, isolate objects as they move across the screen, I will "jump" on that new version. That is the only new "bell and whistle" I would want in a new version.

This would almost work but the video goes on and on and changes scenes. I am looking for software that will allow me to edit video that was shot 75 years ago on an old 8mm camera. Some of the film/ now video has hairs or dust particles on the image which carry through for long periods of time. I don’t want to do these one frame at a time , so is there any software that will allow me to remove the dust particle one and have that carry forward to the next cut in the video? Could use some direction. Thank you.

Problem is, I now see what photographers would call a "repeating pattern"...the small building to the left of the big one you removed now has a duplicate where the large building was. It's the building above the black bird on the left side of the screen at 4:26....but because you feathered it the repeating building is not as noticeable as the original. I'm struggling with drone footage doing a circle pattern above properties and trying to mask out my vehicle being parked on a street nearby (usually do properties on new constructions so noone is living there so no vehicles) and I'm not having much luck, even with this system because your video is stationary, not rotating. Any suggestions on how to fix a rotating video with masking??

All you need to do is more layers and by using the power of imagination adjusting the opacity, coloriziation and motion effects... Or for glitch, masking, moving and distorting each layer on the original video layer...
