I dont know what youre on but the soundtrack was AMAZING, just because it doesnt appeal to the typical western call of duty sensibilities and instead has a very japanese feel doesnt mean its cheesy, sho's theme is one of the most suspenceful, upbeat, fitting-for-a-boss themes ive ever heard even now
My one dream is that this franchise gets the reboot it deserves, I want a fully HD cutscenes of the story, this franchise has such a good storyline that deserves to be retold in a modern engine. Eiji, Sho, Gaia, Abel and Veil, Cupid, Vermillion. All these awesome characters in true photo realistic 3D

This third installement had many flaws but for me it's the funniest to play of the series, and it has tons of characters. With better graphics and some more polishing it could have been a great game.

Why are the international copies of BAT3 lower quality in stage design compared to the US copies? Stages look like they were still in development or lazily rushed.

i never really understood why they decided to make half the cast fight EXACTLY like the other half... just to have a large roster? that's not even an excuse. and JESUS, that's some horrendous CG, even for the time the game came out.
There is a name for those half of the cast...Clones. And why, I don't know, but a thing that can be seen is that half of them are "counterparts" to main characters (Eg: Playing as Nagisa gets you to specifically fight Vermillion no matter what later, as you also unlock him when you beat the game with the aforementioned character).
Man I fuckin loved this game when it came out my favorite was Ellis. That twin dagger crazy chick who dressed like fairy. Man I would totally play this game still.
SO TRUE! But I rather loved the anime--though it was because it was so off the cuff and poorly voiced. The whole series faded into obscurity FAST. It's kinda sad.
BA Toshinden 3 the best game of Toshinden games... i like the four games but 3 is my favorite more fun more characters and have the best character of the four games (Veil) i like Abel but Veil is just super OP and awesome :)
@MajorStupido why ? in BAT 1 the fights were much too short, I think. Its good to have a long-range life gauge, also in relation to the juggle-combos !

there is no such thing as namco anymore . its bandainamco which has nothing to do with this game.
It would be amazing to see a revival of the IP. Its been dormant for so long that I wouldn't mind a full re-work of the games.
