- Road to 2024 Boston Marathon: Week 2 Chasing Sub 4 Hour
In this week's Training Plan, I started to integrate 800 meter interval training for the 2024 Boston Marathon, April 15!
During Week 2 focused on running several 90+ minute runs, at speed, and building up mileage, overall speed, stamina and strength.
