Hey Will, glad to see that leak sorted. You might want to keep some of that insulating material for later when you make magnetic window blinds. Darkness and Insulation in one. (although not sure how safe that plastic-fiber material is). Also, I have not seen a single van insulating over those metal beams. Surely, it's metal and thereby a good conductor of heat. Surely, a layer of thin insulating material over it is not going to reduce the ceiling height much --just few millimetres perhaps.
ye i tried telling him a couple weeks ago,, in his vid about installing the roof battens. Now hes got to ram it to get the cladding on, or else use very thin stuff.. either way,, not great insulation value
Great work!! If it helps, in the cross member above the door, you could open up one of those holes at one end, thread some string through to the other end and pull a strip of insulation through. Also the insulation will work slightly less effectively the more you compact / compress it. The air holes (fluffiness) in it's purchased state are part of it's effectiveness... resist the urge to compact it / stuff it in. Really enjoying your channel and journey sir :)

Until you want to sort electrics out and then you can't as the wires are set solid haha
True, but can be smarter and put a small pvc pipe along inside to run new wires and/or get to the old ones, and it will be safe in the pipe and foamed
