Your colors was very smart. That oranges brown matched the wood in just the perfect way and there was just enough of it it gave it a great affect. Very nice. I really liked the barrel shape of it. I very much like the wood too. I like that it is stiff and hard to open. Good seal.
Your projects are inspiring, I see the Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Never apologize for not putting out videos. School always comes first. You are going to be a very skilled craftsman, and you are well on your way. Keep up the good work.
I love the milliput on the lid of this jar. Very good job on this project. I love that you have followed your dads footsteps with getting into wood making and wood turning. Not a lot of people have that still anymore. Very cool! Keep it up kid!!

that is just the right size for a keepsake jar. it looks great. using that style of mashing it together you could make an awesome set of salt and pepper shakers with the milliput on the out side of the shakers and wood tops. keep up the good work, and keep up your studies.

The way you use the Milliput works perfectly with the colors and grain of the wood, and I really love the shape. This was a great job.
I love the shape of it, and the miliput looks like a spackle painting of a hillside with cloudy blue sky and some small lake/streams.

I tried woodturning once in school (about a hundred years ago). All the other kids made candle holders. I managed to make a curvy stick.🤓
