I felt really emotional about this... I don't remember the last time I celebrate any win that I had. Last year I finished a MBA, I was promoted and even lost 20 pounds, I never celebrate those wins, I felt like this was nothing to me. And I have carrying over this mood since forever, I don't celebrate anything, I never feel good about myself.
This video made me realize that and open my eyes on why I feel miserable and never happy. I will start celebrating my small wins, my progress, in everything that I do because I deserve it!

Hey Raphael, well done on those wins! How did you go with celebrating your successes this past year?

I came to this video because I walked 250 miles in 100 days. What an accomplishment! But I did not take in consideration that 1/2 mile that I struggled to get in on the first day...and how that was an accomplishment in itself. From this day forward, I will celebrate the small accomplishments as well. Thank you!

Love the idea of a reflection schedule because there truly are SO many wins. I have been amazed at how this type of practice gives us back energy!!

The best takeaway from your video is for sure to let the feeling return again, to reengage. I celebrated my third employee by smoking a Montecristo No4 which I had bought for exactly that particular occasion. And I celebrate each year in business for my own company by acquiring a new watch, except for 2022. I am realizing: time to buy a watch! 😂 You are right, not celebrating wins, also the small (!) means you will not make much of a progress. And feeling the win (!) is of vital importance. Really good advice, thanks a lot!

I used to downplay what I got right, I don't do that anymore. When I reflect on something I got right, I think about how it made me feel inside. I marinate in the feeling for a few hours. I do this as a buffer to help me through my losses. Sounds weird, but that's how I celebrate my wins. 😊

I was watching a video by *Martin Seligman* yesterday where he spoke about writing 3 things that "went well today" each night before going to sleep. I tried it last night, and I think it is something that I will be continuing to add to my nightly routine from now on!
Thank you for a reminder to celebrate the little victories. Your videos and all that you do is such a blessing!
(P.S.) I celebrated my steps towards recovery from some personal health issues by buying some books to continue my journey towards health and self betterment... including pre-ordering your book! I also bought some by Tony Robbins and Martin Seligman. :)

Brendon, I've been listening to your talks on Beware Analysis Paralysis and How To Take Risks this morning and I must write to tell you how perfect they have been for me! I am studying to be a Health Coach, for over 6 months now with another 6 months to go to receive certificate, but I am encouraged both by the program, by you, and by myself to go ahead and step out and get started. I am definitely in the analysis paralysis phase, being highly comfortable with academics and writing it all down...I can easily fill my day with this. But definitely lacking in the ACTION, Move Forward mode. Your podcasts are extremely helpful in helping me be determined to get out of so much studying and more focused on getting out there and moving forward with my service to others. Thank you from the depths of my heart!

Especially when you start out on TH-cam this advice is gold! If you compare yourself to the top 0.0001% of channels with millions of subs, you will feel too bad for too long to actually get there. I'm so happy about every single view, I mean, it's literally a human being who thinks "I believe this guy is worth 15 minutes of my time to listen to". How humbling is that?

Friends and I are going to start a challenge, celebrating the small victories. I am posting this in our group for them to watch.
I celebrated this week of actually taking a lunch, an entire hour, and walking; me and my dog. I live in Mansfield, Ma and it was 68 degrees on February 21st. I totally took advantage. Afterwards, it felt so good. Good to exercise, but better, because I did it. I left my desk, did something for me, and stuck to the plan. Albeit I had to set an alarm, and snooze it a bit, but I still did it!

I've learned the hard way that I have to celebrate my own success in secret. If I tell my family members about it, there's no applause or anything. So, I'm having to celebrate it myself. Which I do by protein cookie or my favorite pop.

This video has motivated me for 2 days already, and I've shared it with a few people on my team and helped lift up their spirits too. I seriously didn't realize how amazing many wins have been this year. #1 is that my dad, a chiropractor, broke his back, found out he had cancer in March and guess what?! He beat it officially last month! We never let it become a big deal in our lives so when he beat it, it was like "duh, we knew you'd knock that out" but we haven't celebrated it or shared it! Crazy! Especially because finding out he had cancer transformed his life from "some day, or when I have enough...(money, time etc.)" to wow EVERYDAY is important!! I've ran my dad's office for 12 years and we're transitioning to a new industry - Financial. It's so great to help people in new ways and there's lots of learning curves and so our MINDSET is always a #1 priority. I am grateful you reminded me to share our wins! Thanks Brendon!

It was difficult, but I did it. I want to inspire people. Everything is possible. Some of people just do not realize that they are able to make them life better, life of their dream. Brendon! Thank you for sharing this message - it inspires me to more fully feel and celebrate the wins - large and small - and to SHARE my visions and excitement with others! Your message gave me insights into a few things - for instance, why the mania on selfies often viscerally bothers me (the perception of emptiness and disconnection with self-knowing). Loved how you put that to words and didn't mince meat! And the raw and funny moments "wow, that was a big motorcycle!" HA! Thank you for sharing your gifts of inspiration with so many!!! 😃
