Winter Nymphing the Missouri River | Project In The Wild No. 52 (Montana Fly Fishing)

Winter time fishing is almost always predictable. The fish are lethargic and held up in deep pools or trying to sun themselves in the shallows then the sun is high. We have been experiencing abnormal temperatures in central Montana recently. In late January we were hitting the 50 degree mark so Noah and I (Jay) met up with our buddy Jake in Craig to take advantage of the warm weather and hopefully get on some fish.
