Drain coolant 2015 Jeep Patriot without removing wheel and bumper

Make sure radiator is cool to the touch and remove radiator cap before proceeding. When I flushed the radiator a second time I was able to get a 19mm socket on the drain plug and just leave it there hanging as the fluid drains because the ratchet gets wedged between the drain plug and a bracket. Then just flip the lever on the ratchet to tighten drain plug. It’s the best method I could find unless you have a pair of bent nose pliers.

The fact that as car owners we have to dismantle our vehices for the most basic maintenance tasks is ridiculous. Kudos for squaring the circle though.
