    Honestly, you two are life savers. I've learned so much, and my back pain has improved, I'm actually shocked. I've had back pain since covid started. I couldn't get anyone to see me, I got a phone consultation, and the exercises they gave me, made the injury worse, and knocked me out for six months, I could just about walk around the block! Anyway, cut a long story short, I watched some of your videos and did the hamstring stretching, and it's absolutely shocking, within days, things started to improve. Seems like I have very tight hamstrings, and hip muscles. I seem to have tight everything, neck, shoulders...!
    Thanks a million, and once I'm back up again and back to work, I'm emptying your store.

    The overlap of the vertebrae transforms the spine into a dynamic tower, whose stability must be achieved with active anchors. A stiff seat prevents the legs from moving and keeping the spine in balance, and when you get tired, the back looks for support points, collapsing into the back or elbows.

  • @garrett3726
    @garrett3726 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    There are some PT’s who believe that core stability is a myth and that the transverse abdominis doesn’t act like a “corset” to protect the spine. Can you guys do a video with your views on that?

    Hi Bob & Brad, can you please help. I've had burning lower back pain (both sides) with occasional shooting pain in the back when sitting only. Tingling down the right leg. Been diagnosed with a couple herniated discs and wondering if these could be the cause of my back pain as well? People mostly only mention the leg pain with herniated discs, when back pain while sitting is my main problem. Thanks!

    I think I'm a compressor, cause it did hurt when i bent over a little in a chair and pulled down and lower lumbar hurt, and a flexor cause when i stand and lean back, it hurts. So that's what i need to work on, just have to figure out the proper exercises. Core for one or seems.

    I have this back pain starting Jan 16 evening. Have no idea what I did. Slept through the night with pain. Woke up to pee. Stood up and back pain felt like muscle cramp that made me stand up straight. Almost 1.5 week now, went to physio 3 times. Didn't improve much. I notice I can stand up straight. It is bending I am having issue with. Something like put on boxer after shower. Now I am wondering if it is from kidney pain. Is there a way to determine?

      Hi! Can you use a stool that you can adjust the height of when you do the shampooing? That can really hurt your back stooping over like that day in and day out. I have included a couple of videos that hopefully can help, but if you don't stop stooping over to shampoo, it never will fully heal.

      Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.
