    • @FigaroHey

@@ksmith2852 Nah. I never watched the news, live in a country that had rules but didn't go insane, and I work from home and am an introvert. Had mild covid once. Didn't lose anybody to it. Had people over, no masks, nobody got sick from our meetings (I picked it up in a train station, I'm sure). It barely affected me apart from having to adjust to rules when out shopping or in public spaces. I didn't let it affect me psychologically by simply never watching the news. I hardly ever even thought about it, same as I don't think about the common flu every winter. Some people live quiet lives, not driven by the media, and while everyone else is going mad with media-induced panic and anxiety, we just use common sense and continue living life.

Thanks so much for all your videos guys :) A sturdy step ladder is also good for the foot stool exercise Brad does at 3:50. I tried it on a shorter fold-up one and it worked a treat as the steps have grips to stop your foot from moving and the feet are rubber also to stop any movement. Just needs to be high enough to get into flexion and sturdy enough to put some pressure on if you want to. Love this channel!! 💪👍

I found my cure in two way s
    1. By lying lengthways on the bed and rolling gently and slowly to the other side, keeping my arms close to my chest. This was the fastest pain relief for me.
    2. I changed my mattress, it was this mattress where my problem started.
I just wanted to let you know 😊

I think you guys are hilarious. After my morning meditation I check in here an do these bed stretches with your guidance. This is getting me out of a wheelchair, back up to weight bearing with a rolling walker instead of having double hip and knee replacements. That’s saying something because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome with partial hip sockets and now severe osteoarthritis - most people with this condition are in wheelchairs by age 30. Here I am after doing 25 years of aqua therapy, pt to rehab my walking 6 times, living independently as a painter in France. So, thank you! “That which doesn’t kill us challenges us to remake ourselves!” - Antonia Lindsey. Yes, you may quote me on that. Have me as a guest on your podcast!

Rather than squatting with legs wide and pressing thighs out, sit on a chair with legs wide and flex forward at hips taking elbows to inner legs above knee. Join palms and draw hands toward torso; this will cause thighs to open more. This chair yoga sumo-style posture will perform the same benefit of stretching adductors, etc, and is doable by most with arthritic knees incapable of squatting.
