Currently the Mariposa's base pricing starts at $745,990 before options, upgrades, and lot premiums (which are ranging from $0-50k). HOA Fees in this community are $470/month. As a part of their Grand Opening, at the time of recording they are offering a saltwater pool and screen enclosure standard on quick move in and to be built homes which take about 10 months start to finish.

Do they offer interior design service
The builder themselves don't offer it as an additional service, but I know a contact for some of the designers/stagers they use for those wanting to build one of their homes in Port St Lucie or Vero Beach.

The company is Louden Pools and they build a lot up in Vero Beach and on the Island.
@@ragonzalezhomesI see. Back in my home island we didn’t get many pools. In fact, I don’t remember seeing one. Just small canals. Maybe it was a sanitation thing. Is that what chlorine is for?
I know in other countries they use chlorine for water sanitation. I’d imagine it’s a similar concept on why they do the same for pools.
