Thanks for you comment! HOA runs from $450-$496/mo depending on the collection of home you choose. CDD is not mentioned anywhere in the literature, but I was told it's about $1400/year. There is a golf membership, but that is separate and I don't have the fee schedule on that. Hope this helps!

That's understandable. For those of you who don't know what that means: it means that the house is placed either on or very close to one side of the lot, allowing for a little more yard on the opposite side, and sometimes also very close to either the front or the back, which allows you to have either a bigger front yard or bigger back yard.
A rated schools from what I understand. You always have to double check with the schools. They can easily change the school zone without you knowing, Check out greatschools.org
It’s beautiful. I’m not too keen about bedrooms being right near the front door. It’s for safety issues if you have young kids. They could get curious and open the door and wonder out at night. I know the families might have alarms, it depends if the person is a heavy sleeper to hear it quickly. I still like older layout of a house. Long foyer. The den. These developers are not in touch with the new over 55 who are not like their parents. We are more health and environment conscious. Instead of golf course and swimming pools we would prefer communities with spaces for fruit trees. We don't like the same activities like our parents. Zooming is here to stay. I doubt anyone will be using that media room. Florida has bugs. Why build a man made lake to attract more bugs? The house is beautiful but not environmentally conscious.
Yes, I agree. We are all living longer because we are more educated and health conscious. There are so many different builders(large and small). The island in the bellacerra is not an upgrade, its standard. Also, just as constructive criticism..when watching..we don't need you to say we're going to put xyz (jewelry, clothes & shoes) in the closet. Or say, the obvious. When watching its like duh! What do you think we're gonna put in there. Just thought I'd let you know from viewers pov. Also in the sienna you guys didn't capture the double foyer which is REALLY the first impression..not the bedroom off to the left. Camera guy did a really good job keeping up with your pace moving throughout the homes. Wasnt dizzying at all just perhaps for future to also capture ceilings to show coffered/tray ceilings because those are structural.

Not quite sure why you said there is no CDD? We lived there for 5 years and it was around 1400.00 a year.
