Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! I have t daughter who is quite allergic to many things, and will frequently break out in hives in response to ???. When she hit her teens and started having an allergic response to seemingly everything😿💩, I took her to the allergy specialist (200 mi RT) and got her tested, so we knew what we were dealing with (dust mites, pet dander, mold, grasses...). Went thru desensitization rx, decreased contact with allergens (we DID keep the cat, who had adopted US😹😻), etc. I am an RN, who has always been interested in herbal medicine and natural remedies.😊 She has graduated from college now, and is out on her own. Lives in an old brick building (well over 110 years old with her cat, and works at one of the few family-owned small town newspapers, which is housed in an equally old bldg and stores a copy of every paper -printed issue they’ve ever printed IN the bldg! (Can we say ‘dust mites, mold, rodents and cats altogether?!?). YIKES! She has put on an extraordinary amount of weight, and is having knee issues, gallbladder, migraines, SOB, heavy menses, and generally doesn’t feel well.😢❤ My sweet, funny, tender-hearted baby is only 32, and I hurt for her!💔 Will pass along this video to her! Thank you! Blessings😘🙏😇😪🤧🙄🤗✌🏼🦠

Hello April ! I am beyond grateful everyday for your shared knowledge. I have a pretty good naturopathic/holistic doctor and you touch upon things that she doesn't even consider. I can't wait to try this for my "bakers and brewers yeast intolerance" that I think is caused by histamine issues. I came to this conclusion after a short correspondence that you and I had in the comment section of one of your videos, which took me down a deep dive on histamine. Thank you for that ! I just think you are the best !!!

I just have to share this.I've been very busy in the gardens enjoying the last couple of days the weather has been perfect for being outside. Sending you pictures of my beautiful poke root plants. I'll be pulling up much of that before they go to seed. About 10 weeks ago I pulled up a beautiful poke Root and I've soaked it in some organic olive oil and calendula flowers and cloves. So I first made a salve by adding the beeswax to it and then cooling it in the pot in the refrigerator and then whipped that up until it was like whipped butter. It is absolutely amazing for pain. I've had shingles for about 8 days I'm almost over it now and I was just dipping my finger into the oil before I even put any beeswax in it for the pain on my shoulder and my back it has been amazing for pain. Happy prepping

Hello Mrs. April, I always thought I was lactose intolerant BUT after I found it was cats and pork that I then fixed I am able to use dairy without much issu. I can't eat a gallon of icecream but I use heavy cream, half and half and butter regularly without any stomach problems.
As for this tincture I'm going to try it because all of my children have allergies to many things that we all could benefit from this. Thanks for all of your help and motivation to use something other than a lab made pill!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thanks! This was so informative! Another thing that butcher coats don't address. I have histamine intolerance and suspect that I have MCAS. I spoke to a doctor about it and she said there is no need to test because they would treat it the same way, with antihistamines. I'm definitely going to try this, and I will start off reaaaal slow because it seems like I have reactions to everything.😮 Would love to know what you take for b-12.

What a valuable knowledge you have shared with us, thank you so much! Becuase of you, my husband and I have been drinking nettle infusion daily (infused for 24 hours-ish). I noticed that I didnt' have any seasonal allergy symptoms this year despite that I was working in my garden everyday. May I pick your brain for a sever seafood intolerance that my daughter has? She gets a severe tummy cramp if she eats any food that 'touches' any seafood products (not just shellfishes). And now, even eggs give her discomfort too. Do you think that is a kind of histamine attack? She had seen allergists but they don't know why. If so, any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for this video! I plan to make this tea. I have never tried Chinese Skullcap root! I find it interesting you mention the vitamin deficiencies. I am deficient in Vitamin A and my blood levels don’t move with increased dietary intake or vitamin supplementation. Summer is always the most dangerous time of the year for me. Any suggestions on other ways to increase vitamin A would be most appreciated. Thank you again!

Good information, interesting, and presented well. You have a pleasant voice, easy to listen to. Please kindly leave out the cuss words and your videos will be awesome. I like your video a lot but cannot listen to cuss words, nor can I share videos with cussing with my family and friends--and I'd really like to share your videos. I know many aren't bothered by it, but many are esp if they have children around. I appreciate this info. Skullcap has recently become one of my favorite herbs for sleep, but haven't considered it for histamine before. There are several in my family who deal with allergies year round. We'll give skullcap a try for histamine. Thank you! 👍

I bought elderberry dried. Then covered some with vodka to make a tincture. Now I've read it can be toxic if not cooked? Please advise.....have I wasted these dried berries?

I had heard that freeze dried nettle is best for allergies and histamine intolerance. What are your thoughts on that? I’m having a hard time finding Freeze dried nettle.

Right now I take 6 zyrtec a day for allergies. Allergist approved. (3 2x a day) or else my eyes itch and swell and I itch all over and get hives. I'm interested in trying this to see if it would help me.

Is it ok to leave it on the counter for 24 hours or should it be put in the fridge after it cools down? You are awesome! Thank you!
