As always do all your own research into any build and do so at your own risk. This video is for entertainment and demonstration not a full how to guide. Do not replicate anything you see me do in less you can do it safe and legal.

Biggest remote control car I've seen!

Love the irony of using an alternator as a motor.
I guess you found an alternate use.
Looks good as always. Sorry this project was such a headache.

Wow!!!!! I have been wanting to learn how to turn a ride on car for my daughter. I was gifted a Cinderella carriage and my daughter is autistic so teaching her to drive is going to take a long time. She loves fast movement!! Your videos are going to help! Unless you’re in north east Florida 🤣

Na I'm way North in snow land lol I would recommend a Fail safe for sure on the electronics and a tether kill switch maybe even a push panic button like table saws have. Just thinking of the safety of your daughter. When my daughter was that age she would have had a helmet and a life jacket for pading. :) I had much better results with Lipo vs Li-ion for power. Hope that helps some more ow and I have another part I'm working on right now.

If you have a question on the build let me know :) Ow and for those wondering why I use an old alternator it's not only for the challenge, I like to repurpose stuff, as well as a cost effective way vs spending hundreds on brushless motors with expensive speed controllers, ow and cause I can. :)

These videos are awesome! Your steering servo is exactly the kind of setup I was looking for. All the videos I saw were of guys using those large linear actuators and I didnt like the idea of using those. Your drive setup is kind of what I was thinking about doing, but im going to use one of those 24v 500w motor kits from amazon, I've used them before for a razor drift kart and they're really good for the price. Have fun and keep the videos coming!

Why does everyone want to use AC alternators in DC projects, its a good learning anyway.
