the maharaj indian restaurant food and service is fantasticwe go there every year.

october is last real month, november pretty much all is closed except for the habour area

entertainment is open to anyone, but since you talking about october it might be taking place on the smaller inside stage
Please do yourself a favour dont go to bellvue its a total sh@thole!
