Very nice and helping video! I Always loved it when people do this kind of realistic reviews and tips!
Just booked a 7 nights stay with my girlfriend at Beverly Playa Hotel in Paguera. How is it in that area? We would like to chill on the beach by daytime and party or just go out by night, to eat, have a drink or just have a walk by the beach.
And the main question: We would like to travel around the island, to see or discover other beaches. What's the best and cheapest way to do it? Do rent a scooter, a quad/atv or a car? Is there a place in Paguera for renting those kind of things?

For travelling around... I would advice a car, most of the links are highways and you are not allowed wiht scooter or quad. You can rent a car at the airport what I would advice. Maybe use this company, the one I like to use bit.ly/crentacar
Just back from Cala d'or and loved it so much already booked for next year. Going room only next time as so many good restaurants and bars to eat in.

Travelling without a car... What's public transport like? Is it easy to travel from beach to beach? Or is a rented car a must have?
Hi great work. I’ve visited so many times and back in 2 weeks. Which water park would you recommend for those visiting.
My husband and I are heading to Mallorca with our a 18yr old son and 13 yr old daughter. We will be there 8 days. We have not booked the place yet b/c we decided last minute and we are not sure what is the right place for the Teens. I would like a nice beach, town, things for the kids to do, make friends maybe a small disco for the teens, restautant and water sports. Between your videos and research on the internet. Much depends on your budget. If your budget is fine then I would advice Viva Hotels (recently renamed someof these to Zafiro hotels) in Alcudia and Playa de Muro. They do good for kids and teenagers... loads of activities. Thank you so much, men! That is one of the most usefull video about Mallorca, which I've seen. Now my boyfriend and I are going to visit Magaluf and I'm looking for a good cheap scooter rent. Can you advise anything? Mayby some not popular, but nice places on Mallorca, where we can go by scooter? Thank you :)
Have a look here on my website www.checkedholidays.com/things-to-do-in-mallorca , for scooters I would not know a specially good company. Renting a car is about same price and easier to get arround. Dont drive youyr scooter on the highway... you will get fined!

I had a question that I have been trying to look up on Google. I plan on renting a car from the airport, but won't have any data on my phone on arrival. Is there somewhere to buy a local sim at the airport? What's the best way to get a hold of a local sim card with a decent data package.

If you are traveling from a eu country you have free roaming normally so with just use your own countries phone data..

Hi, We are going to Mallorca in the end of August and we are staying at Cala Romani hotel, which is on South-East side. We are not planning to rent a car However, we would like to go on the island tour with that wooden train. Do you know if any tour agency would pick up us from our place for this tour? Also, do you think it is better to book tours online before or in shops when we will be there? Which way is cheaper? (for example in Thailand it was cheaper in shops, cause we could negotiate the price)
+Tatjana V there are island tours that include the palma soller train with pick up. No shops will negotiate unless for very big groupes... To book and to see a options have a look on the link I just posten to another commentb here today
Hi:-) Me and my fiance were watching your videos on TH-cam about travelling to Mallorca. Thank You so much for all the useful tips! Could you please help us on advising about travelling to Mallorca? We would really apreciate your help. This will be our first travel with our 9months old daughter. We have not traveled with her before. We are going by Ryanair for 4 days between 23-27th April this year. We won't hire a car cause we don't have a driving licence. But we would like to be in a place where is warm and from which you can easily get to Palma de Mallorca. We have 2 budget hotels pre-booked for our stay - one is Bellevue Club in Port d'Alcudia and the second is Inturotel Cala Azul Garden in Cala d´Or. Could you Please advise us which region would be better for us in the end of April: Port d'Alcudia or Cala d'Or? We would like to be able to wet our feet in the Sea and maybe in the swimming pool, to go easily to visit Palma and we would like to be able to have some walks around with our daughter without the car. I have a question regarding renting a car in Palma De Mallorca: My wife and have booked an AirBnb room in Capdepera for August this year, and because we would like to tour Mallorca during our stay, we are planning to Rent an SMALL/ECONOMY CAR at the Airport for about a week. So I was wondering if you would be able to recommend a Rent A Car company we should use, and give us some tips about renting a car in Majorca -- thank you in advance - Dan
+Dan K I am working on a collaboration with a great rental company but at this moment not final. At this moment all I can say is avoid goldcar and book the full insurance OR if you rent a car more then once a year book it separate with icarinsurance or a similar company. That's what I do. Centauro seems good but to early for me to say for sure

+Dan K Every company has different names for insurance and what it includes. Therefor I always would advice to take the full coverage with icarinsurance or a similar company. Like this you only have to read onces the small print and you are covered for a full year. Is also cheaper. Do know that the car rental company then will hold a deposit in your creditcard... 200 to 1200 dependung on company returned after car returned

There is a lot of theft among innocent tourists by local criminals. Just a warning to be alert where tourists go and what they do.Plenty tourists are being robbed in the night when they are in an amorous mood on the beach.

Hi, I am from Mallorca. The whole thing about “Majorca” is because the German people try to spell it in their language. This way is easier for them to pronounce it.
I think it is more the English people... Not the Germans
