- Took it out for a spin, have added a winch, windshield wipers, fuelcap, brass link holder on front axle, MiP HD drivetrain.
Will replace the tires and a different foam, plowing too much right now.

As for the rig, I would want a 30-35kg servo as its getting heavy now, motor etc is good. It drives so softly as this location is covered in moss, pretty fun place to mess around.

I really need to give my Defender some love. Such a great platform, it's just so hard when there are so many other RCs out there I want to drive lol.
I hear you buddy, though where i live it favors slow rigs hence why i have abit of tunnelvision going on at the moment. Really want a 6x6 next =)

I only do trail runs with mine, so right now in my stable I have a TRX4 '79 Bronco, Defender, both have HW Fusion motors. The TRX6, and I just got a Axial Bronco that I put a Fusion in also. No videos on it yet, still feeling it out.
I've got some scale stuff in my Amazon cart and Ebay cart. Just have to pull the trigger. Still trying to decide if I want to repaint mine. Not a fan of the blue but it's all I could find at the time. I REALLY wanted Orange or Red. Might just find a cheap body on Ebay...
I´m not surprised you do, the TRX platform is just simply awesome. I was split between the Traxxas and Axial 6x6, on one hand it´s nice when it comes to service, you basically just need parts for one brand, on the other hand Axial is something different and very capable as well.
That babyblue color...meeeeh, no, a caramel truck appearing on the trail? Well, i would repaint it one way or another =) I have a cheap body just waiting on me to cut it, trim it, paint it, drywall tape it since it´s very thin.
Never tried Castle setup? I like that you can set the power curve with it among other things.
@@DirtyRC101 The Axial 6x6 had a lot of problems keeping up with the TRX6 in RC Reviews tests. It has it's own perks but the TRX6 just spanked it all over the place.
That was a big deciding factor for me, and part swapping between my 3 trucks. If I ever break something I can just grab it off of another truck lol.
As far as Castle goes, I haven't tried them, I've considered it a few times but I can't commit to changing brands just yet. I'm the kind of person that finds something to eat at a restaurant and never tries anything else.
@@ncrc4468 Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and get the trx6, but I want to pair it up with a lower kv from castle and dx5 transmitter. Will wait abit and see if any offers come up when Christmas etc is getting closer.
I saw some online shops have discontinued the axial 6x6, guess it settles the case.
I like to try things, but preferably a known brand such as hw and Castle, sofar they both are doing well without any gripe 😉

I'm in the process of installing my gt5 with my bronco. But I stuffed it up and blew the micro servo for the front diff lol. Rookie mistakes. I am new
Been there, done that, removed those servos all together, only got gearbox servo installed. It´s so heavy that i need constant 4wd engaged =)
