    My sister sleeps a lot but she always has dark circles. On the other hand, even if I don't sleep much I never get dark circles. . I have also tried polyphasic sleeping and everyman sleeping schedule for 6 months it was a crazy time. Although I have started sleeping for 8 hours on regular time.

      Dark circles aren't necessarily because of lack of sleep. It could be genetics or nutritional deficiencies as well. Good to hear that you are experimenting with different kinds of sleep cycles. Yes, sleeping for 8 hours is the best for sure :D

    I have to work so I have to sit in one place long time but I do exercise in the morning. In the same way, I can't help with screen time because of work. Although, I don't use any tech 1 hour before sleep time

      That's great. True that many of us can't completely avoid screen time because of work but small steps to intentionally avoid when one possibly can is a great start.

      Take small breaks in between and walk or stretch. Like every 1 hour you sit, stand/walk for 5 mins. This is what I follow, probably you can give it a try as well.
