This is my first time watching BB. I've been following the LPL for quite a while now. I must say, BB really explains this lock function very well. Thank you, BB!

Very generous of you and LPL to get this to market for the benefit of the hobby. Thank you.

I never understood how the tensioning worked on a disc detainer. The scales have fallen from my eyes! lol

This… This was the video that allowed me to finally “get” disc detainer locks.

Nice, now I understand why there is just one specific disc with maximum cut for tensioning. Thanks.

The pick was sold out in about two hours. There's a new batch in production.

I can't wait for "The pick Bosnianbill and LockPickingLawyer made" Version 2.0 where it has 3 telescoping parts for tension disks in the middle of the lock.

Bill, thank you! I had no idea how a DD lock worked. Ten minutes and fifty two seconds later, I got it. Very much appreciated.

Great visual! I am not surprised these are getting more common, it's a simple effective design with less parts, lower manufacturing complexity. Hopefully these replace those dreadful cheap wafer locks on consumer goods someday...

For those griping about how long it has taken for Sparrows to release this one very specialized tool, for a rather small consumer group.

Bill, you did an outstanding job explaining how this type of lock works. I'm not sure if you could also explain the difference in feelings of true gates vs false gate picking.

Thank you so much for this video. I've always wondered what you were talking about as you picked it because I never understood what was going on inside. Really great video.
