For this battle you must start the battle with tri-auto MA skill equipped, then use debilitate to margaret, after that you'll have to rely on your luck to get critical attack(i guess i am lucky enough XD) and don't forget always do an All-Out Attack after you get critical attack so your other party can do the same thing and repeat it again and again until margaret die.
