Awesome job Tom! The young birds are doing great with trapping. That hawk had us all on edge, but most of them trapped perfectly. Glad the other two made it back safely. Keep it up! 👍🏻
Listening to that Coopers cackle in the background gets my hackles up. I'm so glad I don't have that issue of having a nesting pair in the yard anymore. It does make for hawk saavy pigeons, but some of em never get a chance to show you if they're any good. Birds are progressing well.
@@littleloftonthehill This time of year they ignore the pigeons here. Fly right over them and never take a 2nd look. I think there's easier pickings with all the baby birds all over the place they don't have to waste as much energy as it takes to grab a young pigeon.
I’m new to your channel , do you race your birds , are you in a club ? I like how you fool with your birds they should be very comfortable around you. If they love their loft, you can do just about anything with them. Are used to race about 30 years ago with my father and brother. We raced out of Baltimore Maryland. In a club called the concourse the concourse was made up of several other clubs. There were around 400 lofts that flew. We were very good pigeon racers I miss having birds like to watch your video. It’s very good.
Thanks Tim, yes I race in a club and combine. For 2024 I have my team and I am also helping a friend in my club with his birds. That is what is going on in this video. These are his birds. Most my other videos are my team. My team consists or 21 birds sent in from 22 breeders from around the country.
Pretty good progress for a week.
They are doing great Tom 😎
Hopefully lary starts to feel better prayers from the pate family 🙏🏼🧬🏆🪽🪽also the training with the pigeons seems to be going well 💪🏼
I hope so too!

It was hot enough yesterday and late in the day, my hope was she would not want to move.
