The music helps me stay at peace and stave off panic attacks, thank you for it.

Grooming dogs felt like creating tiny masterpieces, each pup with their own quirks and needs. The nervous ones required gentle hands, the energetic ones needed patience, and every wagging tail was a little victory. By the end, their transformation wasn’t just in how they looked, but how they carried themselves. It was messy work, but every clean coat and happy bark made it worth it.
I'm a very recent fan of Yume Nikki, and some of the music in this franchise is so beautiful, so fantastic that I am so happy theres compilations like this so I can work and enjoy the tunes of the most surreal adventure I've ever been on.
It's the only game that I can't play unless it's cloudy summer day outside. Otherwise I can't fully dive in its atmoshpere for some reason. And this mix gives that one certain feeling of playing YN on summer vacations at home all alone
Honestly, I didn't hear anything about this game until very recently, unlike the vast majority here. I haven't even played the game and yet from the first time I heard this music, I felt a special connection to it. It captured everything I was feeling at one point and helped get through difficult times, when all I wanted was to never leave the warm embrace of my dreams. Whoever made this music, thank you.

I see this has been reuploaded. I don't know if I left a comment on the old one, but I'd figure I'd show my appreciation twice at worst. This mix has helped me through feelings of anxiety, dissociation, and despair. Mental health has not been easy for me, but it's so nice to have something like this, to remind me to feel feelings. Nowadays, I'm doing much better, largely because I've achieved a huge milestone in my career (I'm actually a professional artist now!) but I still come back to this mix as it's a non-intrusive distraction that makes my job much easier (not easy to find stuff like this because of neurodivergence). It reminds me about all my favourite things in life and how because of my past trials, I've become a much stronger person. Guess I'm just trying to say thanks for the mix. It's one of the only ones that keep me sane.

The music is by far my favorite aspect surrounding Yume Nikki: they're just short, simple melodies to sell you and immerse you into the designated world. Yume Nikki is a huge inspiration for my interest on dreams and surrealism, maybe I should make an essay on it at one point gushing about it

I've played Yume Nikki some 7-8 years ago. I even played it a bit with my younger sister a few years afterwards. It's beautiful. The Steam realease of the game, the 3D remake of it, in my opinion was/is not associated with the original game. The company Kadokawa just somehow got the legal pathway to profit off of this beauty that its creator, Kikiyama, created and had nothing to do with the reamake of.
Idk, cus they said kikiyama was heavily involved in the behind the scenes, it's just that the project constraints devolved YN's old playstyle into a very linear game
I'm studying AP music theory (and AP Art ) right now and it's really been difficult because I also have mental struggles that I'm going through. This playlist helps me de-stress !

Most people here got confused whether she survived or not. And under 4 seconds of research I'd found that she didn't live. This is evident as the credits screen rolls up and we see her splattered remains.
