- අද අපේ ඇඹුලෙන් ඔයාලට ගෙනාවෙ හැමෝටම හදනකොට ගැටලු ගොඩක් ඇතිවන කිරි ටොෆි හරියටම වරදින්නේ නැතුව හදාගන්න විදිහ , බුල්ටෝ වාගේ හයි වෙන්නේ නැතුව හැරි පදමට ගොඩක් ලේසියන් හදාගන්න පුළුවන් .
ඒ වගේම අපි මිල්ක්මේඩ් වලින් කිරිටොෆි හදනවට වැඩිය fresh milk වලින් කිරි ටොෆි හැදුවම ගොඩක් වියදම අඩුවෙන්කිරි ටොෆි හදාගන්න පුළුවන්.
ඉතින් මුල්වරට හදන කෙනෙක්ට උනත් මේ විදියට හැදුවොත් වරදින්නේ නැහැ හරියටම හදන්න පුළුවන්.
කිරි ටොෆි ගෙදරදීම හදාගන්න අවශ්‍ය කරන සියළුම අමුද්‍රව්‍ය පහලින් තියෙනවා

එනසාල් 3
වැනිල තේ හැන්දක්
ලුණු පිංචක්
