Dr. Now is one of my heros. Tells it straight and doesn't play games.
I generally HATE "celebrity doctors", but I actually respect this one a lot. He has done a lot for the anti fat-acceptance movement and is brutally honest about the detrimental health risks of being obese, etc. He also doesn't have a "TV personality" when he's on camera (like Dr.Oz, etc) and talks like every normal doctor. I like him.

I actually like Dr Now. He puts up with a lot from these grumpy overweight people and still helps them.
The doc clearly did a great job prepping for the part.
Any stern show fan absolutely loves Mariann. She’s crazy but its all for love of Howard and the show.
