Looks sweet. I love my 392 on 40s with the 4.88 gears. And from experience I can tell you that you will need hydro assist steering aired down off road.

Still running stock gears in my rubicon gladiator but with Hydro steering and rtv shafts in the front and chrome mollies inthe rear
Going to Mickey Thompson 37s on my 2018 sport JL. Will regear to 488 with chrome moly axles. Monday having shop put RPM steering and full MetalCloak skid plates. Having a blast with my Jeep. Thank you for all of the content.
14 MPG…same as my Hemi Ram 1500 rolling on 35” Cooper STTs. My JL with the 3.6 gets about 17, so ….wish I had the 392!

Speaking of 40's, i just found out the Jeep Jamboree events don't allow trire size larger than 40.
So I went back to my Falcon 3.3 shocks and reset them to Soft(cold) and on 3 for Highway and 2.1 for in town. My Jeep is a 2 door JL and no extras for weight
I've been watching for a while now....I don't recall you ever going offroad. You build these super nice jeeps and all you talk about are products that go on a Jeep.

Well, I stand corrected and glad it runs good on the highway. I was particularly worried but Clayton seems to have that lift really dialed in. I think I will go with their 2.5" and 38"s on mine.
Do you ever plan on putting Dana 60s or some other axles on it?

Ryan & Matt, I feel you with adjusting your own front end. I re-adjusted an alignment in my own driveway and my 35’s turn so well.
Don’t feel bad Matt - my TRX gets about 11-12 around town on 35s. Hemis are thirsty!
If you guys go out to RC on the weekend I would hit the trails with you … we’ll try to keep up.. I got nothing special 2 door jk on 35s.

I just put 35s on my 21 sport and I love how it looks but it doesn’t seem to run as smooth and I feel loose and all over the place plus it seems like it takes longer for tge gears to shift. What would you recommend? Thanks
4.56 gears is probably as high as I would go in ours with 40’s. I actually don’t hate it on 3.73’s, so I’m not in any rush to change the gears.
Also have you trimmed any of the rear wheel well yet? Mine was fine on the road, but as soon as I hit the dunes I started rubbing mainly on the back side of the rear tires.

I have gotten the same 3.5” Clayton pkg with falcon 3.3 & 40s. However, rear stock bumper didn’t clear 40” spare with the same Teraflex alpha HD spare tire carrier. The only difference from your setup to mine is that I’m using the stock ‘24 wheels. I’m starting to wonder if it’s the offset/backspacing on your wheel allowing your tire to be pushed further away from the rear bumper hence why you are able to mount 40” tire. Our shop tried using a wheel spacer on the carrier to see if that worked but it didn’t so I had to return this teraflex carrier and order one from motorbilt.
Wow good mags. Mine on 37s and 4.88s is getting like 13 mpgs on average. Maybe should have swapped the 3.73s to 4.56
I can't believe you get that MPG. I average 8.5 in town and 12 on the highway.

Not bad my WK2 GRAND CHEROKEE SRT averages about 9 mpg on city on stock wheels, also takes only premium gas 😭😭😂😂

As for the Falcon Shocks, what setting did you go with also, is there a soft setting on those?
Had the same question. Know they have 1,2,3 settings with sub settings on each. Have heard 2.2- 2.4 is where alot of peeps settle on for daily driving.

@Satanslilhellpr the Falcon SP2 3.3 are the shocks I currently have. I think mine are the firm setting with mode 1. They are tight with it on firm. I'm going to put them on soft and try that with different mode.

No way 14 mpg in the city,I’m averaging 10 mpg in Miami and 16 at best on the highway with 35s
i get nearly 21 MPH with 35 inch for the 4cyl turbo

You get better than do with 3.6l, 38s, and 5:13s. I get about 13mpg

I was thinking about putting 40 or 42 tires on this jeep. Will this work?
I wouldn’t go bigger than 40s , only issue I’ve heard on the 4xe is programming the computer over a 35 is tricky

I like my 37s they were good on my jeep 40s are just too much
14mpg not bad for a hemi on 40's
I had a Jeep Commander with the V8 not the hemi and maybe got 12mpg and there was nothing fun about that jeep
The fact he gets 14mpg on 40’s and I get 11 mpg on 35’s
What do you think your Jeep friends could do for someone that wants a 392 but doesn't want to go broke trading in a 23 Rubicon that's pretty loaded up? Or do you know if anyone might be looking for a nice 23😁

Man...those red seats are such an eyesore. Time for custom leather seats my man!
Take it off road already! Too many toys and capabilities to “city drive” all the time.
We will take them out this summer, to be honest with you the off-road content we do shoot seems to be the least viewed, we will have more cameras out next time, it’s a lot to try and film, drive, spot, with two jeeps.
Better take your machine off road before heading to Florida.

I text this before. With my 3 1/2 inch Clayton. I rubbed all day long with MAXXIS 40s
And yes with the steering. You will have to add a hydro assist. 37s need assist when off roading.
You are playing engineer. As long as this channel supplies you spare money. You will be ok.
I have done all this with my gladiator diesel and wrangler diesel.
