- In this full #review I will explain all the specs of the 2023 #Nissan #Pathfiner #Platinum then take it for a test drive. Nissan refreshed the Pathfinder last year with a nine speed automatic transmission, increased towing and a Rock Creek but they still have quirks which will bring me to my pros and cons.

I’m driving this exact car with the blackout package, so blackout grill and lettering. A bit to get used to coming from a smaller, low tech SUV. But loving it so far. The camera is great, really helps.

I just bought 2024 platinum version and it is INCREDIBLE! We test drove the telluride, atlas, pilot & highlander, and the pathfinder absolutely blew them away. Perfect mix of space, technology, safety & comfort. I was shocked, we hadn’t even planned to test drive one!!!

The Rock Creek trim had the same HP & torque as the Infiniti QX60 because it needs premium fuel to hit those numbers

What's your opinion why would anyone would pick this over QX60 or the other way around?
We have Rogue, fantastic car except a bit lagging in acceleration. But otherwise, great mpg and comfy for long trip. Looking to upgrade to 3 row for more space.
So Pathfinder and QX60 both have the same V6, same mpg, same size, same method to collapse 2nd row seats, same features more or less, similar hp. You can use regular gas on QX60 as well like this.
Is QX60 worth the extra money?
@@Ian-mv4qq more warranty, better service and more luxury inside but ultimately it’s up to you if you feel the value is better with Nissan or Infiniti 👍

Actually I'm looking at QX60 first. Then looking around to Pathfinder only to find out that everything is almost identical.
I have sat inside the QX60, I liked it. Have not seen the Pathfinder in person.
But you as someone who owns the QX60, you feel that it feels more luxurious than the Pathfinder?
Only thing I don't care about on the QX60 is the massage feature, so weak. I don't like massage seat anyway.
@@Ian-mv4qq Infiniti also gives loaners when you are servicing your vehicle as Nissan will but you have to have a service that is longer than 3 hours. I’m on my third one and even after warranty I received this service. The interior layout is different and more upscale with Infiniti but because they are both the same company you will find similarities. For me the extra has been worth it but I have friends that have Nissan and are just as happy.
You do get to see the map in the middle of the gauge cluster when a destination has been entered. I really like the feature. Just wished it worked with Android Auto/Google Maps.
It’s not like the center infotainment, it shows turn by turn not the full map. I have the Infiniti and it’s the same on it

The Rock Creek can tow more and better payload. 4Runner has been the same for a 100 years 😂. They are both good though 👍
No, Is the other way around . The Pathfinder was born first, then the Infinity QX60 is a higher price upscale you pay more for luxury.😂😂😂
When the company makes the vehicles they design Infiniti first (the luxury mode), this is why you will notice more upscale parts then other vehicles in its class. I was not meaning the pathfinder was made second. The pathfinder was made back in the 80s, the jx35 was in 2013 then Infiniti changed the name in 2014 to the qx60.
