1:08 yeah, he(Killmonger/Erik Stevens) & Klawe(the guy with the sonic-blasting robot left arm) stole the Vibranium from the museum, but Killmonger also stole a mask, which he wore when he and company were breaking him out.
4:15 he didn't get an assault charge for holding the woman off the ground by her neck when she refused to "burn it all" because of the tradition of new black panthers?
If saugage party villains were charged for their crimes The villains:in the movie the villains are darren and douche, in the TV series foodtopia the villains are rice grain and Julius the orange
Listen, Your Honour, bro, those facts on the 1st fight between Killmonger and T'Challa being legal are completely absurd because even though, yes, Killmonger's alias is N'Jadaka, son of N'Jobu, there are many reasons as to why the first fight between the pair is NOT legal. 1) Killmonger's plan throughout the movie is to all along make Wakanda pay for N'Jobu's death (which is certainly deserved because N'Jobu betrayed Wakanda by selling them out to Ulysses Klaue and tried to kill T'Chaka and Zuri) 2) Who is Killmonger to be calling T'Chaka a murderer? N'Jobu's murder was self-defence and Killmonger should've realised how much of a traitor he was. 3) We all know how much of a murderer Killmonger is himself not just for killing Klaue, Zuri and his girlfriend, but since he says all those marks on him "each one is for a kill". This makes him a mass murderer & you should've given him another death sentence.
But anyways, you should have either Thor villains or Captain America villains coming up next and if you want my advice on how to charge Thor villains and Captain America villains, then I'm going for it!
First up is Thor villains where you have Loki and he would get invasion charges over the Jotunheim ordeal as well as some aggravated assault and murder charges. Then you have false imprisonment over trapping Heimdall in ice. A massive range of attempted murder and criminal mischief charges because he had a S.H.I.E.L.D base in New Mexico attacked, nearly killing 30 people including Thor, Jane, her dad & Agent Coulson too. Then you have regicide over killing Frost Giant King Laufey + treason because he also betrayed Asgard too. And then you've got attempted genocide and mass property destruction because he tried to destroy all of Jotunheim and kill the entire Frost Giant race that lives there and you better add an attempted murder charge on Thor during that final fight. Estimated sentence: 5 Death + 43 Life + 104.5 years + $5B fine (estimated cost of an international law enforcement base)
After Loki, you then have Malekith who could get the highest of death sentences than any Thor villain we know of because he tried to conquer the Nine Realms, slayed some of his own kind, terrorised Asgard, killed Queen Frigga and God knows what else he did that could keep him from receiving anything else than an immediate death sentence. Hell, I think it probably might even get to 12 or 15 death sentences for Malekith. Either way, most of Malekith's other crimes consist of him stealing the Aether, trying to kill Thor and Jane + causing damage in the city of London too. Estimated sentence: 12 Death + 2 Life + 25 years + 220TGBPs (estimated cost of damages did during the London battle)
Then, after Loki and Malekith, you then have Hela to deal with and bro, she is quite an Asgardian terror if I say so myself. Anyways, she would get charges of property destruction on Thor's hammer, mass murder on the Legion of Asgard, attempted murder on Thor, Loki, Sif and Valkyrie and that's just what I know of. Estimated sentence: 2 Death + 4 Life + Fined a lot of Asgardian money
Rounding out Thor villains would be Gorr and he would get Rapu's murder, mass child abduction on several Asgardian children, attempted genocide of all Gods and attempted murder on Thor, Jane and Valkyrie. That's all I can think of at the moment. Sentence: Death + 5 Life

Alongside Regicide, also either another Regicide or Murder as someone else who was down there died as well
