    I’m really starting to get skeptical about this channel, I’ve been doing your workouts for 3 days now and I’ve been out of breath, shaky and drenched in sweat 3 times a day and now whenever I flex my abs I see the faint outline of eight grid like bumps on me. I don’t think I’ll need grid paper for math anymore! What is HAPPENING!!! Lol u guys are God’s please never stop what your doing I’ve managed to get the closest to my goal with u guys then any other work out plan! THANK YOU!!!

    These workouts are fantastic for keeping active during lockdown. I use this one as a measure of how my abs are doing - a few months ago I couldn't even manage ANY reps of some of the exercises done here, but now I just made it through the whole workout! Very pleased, thanks for doing everything you do

    I've done a few abs workouts with you and using other websites. This one is by far the hardest I have ever done lol 🔥 Totally feeling the burn just now but so pleased I managed to stick to the advanced version!!

    Sticking with this workout gets results; i have graduated from crunches to situps....! !!
    The mountain climber always kills me near the end, sweating like crazy but am sticking with this excellent workout.

    I just stumbled upon your channel a week ago and i'm hooked! I work a full time corporate job and i've honestly had trouble finding the time and motivation to work out over the years and i've been doing the start/stop thing with gym memberships way too often. This is great as I actually look forward to my workouts now and I don't have to leave my place (bonus! lol). THANK YOU for doing this and also for being so real with everyone!

    Ohh you guys, when I saw 15 minutes I was like, yes it is Sunday so this will be easy for today, but this is way harder than the other ones, was really hard to do all the workout but I will keep trying these every day. Thanks for all your videos you are awesome

      Hi rain. I have belly fat do you think this would help flatten my stomach in say a month if i do it everyday?

      I know it will especially if you maintain a healthy diet but also incorporate some kind of resistance training like lifting weights or pushups. I do this workout 6-7 days a week its really good to work every part of your abdominals. But yes you will see results with a healthy and CONSISTENT diet. And some form of resistance training

      Rain Walker i am 8 kgs overweight and i really need to shed them off in a month. So i am planning to do specific abs, thighs and shoulder n back workout 15-30 mins each (will follow the hasfit videos only) with proper diet. I hope it works.

    Thank you for your workouts! I'm a runner but living in the midwest makes it really hard to run year-round. Your workouts are a great addition to the indoor workout season!

    At 50, legs and arms are still lean and strong but the belly looks loose and might convert into a paunchy look soon!

    I thought following claudia, i will be able complete this workout, but i was wrong . i couldn't even keep up with her. She is really amazing.
