Sadie is an insane woman. In that one mission where the O'Driscoll's attack Shady Bell, literally everyone got inside the house for cover because there was like 30 of them surrounding the house. But Sadie was out behind a shed in a knife fight with 3 of them at once and when Arthur said she should get inside she was like "hell no I'm having too much fun out here" and I was just like "Jesus, even Dutch is shitting his pants right now, you don't have to impress anyone."

I never liked that she couldn't control her anger in heated situations causing unnessesary trouble like with the hanging of Colm O'Driscoll it would have ended smoothly if she didn't go all stabby stabby out in public with cops everywhere
But it's realistic , it's true to her character. She's an unstable killer . Like she says after you hunt the o'driscolls down, "they turned me into a monster" . One of my favorite characters in gaming, second favourite in RDR 2 after Arthur Morgan.
That part pissed me off because her thirst for revenge could have got aurthur killed
tbh she probably wants to die, she lost the man she loved, she wants to try and get revenge but puts herself in dangerous situations more and more often with an increasing level of danger, she just doesnt want to kill herself
That is character development. This is something they didn't add in GTA V's characters.

@Akira Rivera she doesnt try to kill Pearson until the camp is moved from horseshoe overlook to the second camp. You have to do a dozen missions (in game, that's a month) before you leave horseshoe overlook. You can talk to her 20 times before the move and she has something different to say. And she isn't "trying to kill Pearson" right off the bat after moving either. You have to go through another 4 or 5 missions at THAT location too (so another 2 weeks in game).Pssh, please
@Akira Rivera I get what you're saying, but I dont feel like Rockstar is a "respect Wamin!" kinda company, especially compared to other AAA developers. If you took your time exploring (I wanted the legend of the East satchel going into chapter 4) and didnt want the story to progress too fast, you could really see how everyone grew, including her
@Akira Rivera if you do her missions online you would know that she already knew how to shoot a gun at the very least. Her and her husband live in the fucking mountains away from civilization and covered in snow all the time. It's not Rockstars fault that you weren't at camp long enough to experience the transformation either. She's not a perfect character of course but she is a well written one.

You know, watching this reminded me how much of tragic life arthur had...
His mom dad, and he watched his dad get killed.
His wife(kinda) and his son were both killed.
He contracted TB.
He watched some of his closest friends get killed. (Hosea, Sean, Lenny)
He watched his father figure slowly go insane.
He watched what seemed like his only proper family (the gang) slowly dissolve into madness.
And through all of it, he kept on supporting the ones he cared about up until his death.
At least he's not a crybaby

Sadie is one of my more favorable characters, she tells a wonderful story about loss, tragedy, fun and love. She really develops as a character throughout the whole game.
She is a Mary Sue

A Mary Sue is a female character who has no flaws and is pretty much blessed by the plot to be conveniently lucky and pretty. Her impulsiveness, and bloodthirsty need for revenge are her biggest flaws.
But sure! I mean seeing your husband dead and watching your house burn down is extremely lucky for her!
Her status at the epilogue isn't that much better. She may have had the money, but she'll never get her husband back. In one interaction she expressed that she wants to die, which probably explains why she gets into a lot of fights besides her anger.
If she were a Mary Sue, she would've found her Prince Charming they would've rode off into the sunset.

If there ever was a single player DLC for this game. I would love to play as Sadie after the game's ending when she became a body guard, bounty hunter and work a way up to a transportation business owner like she wished. God knows this franchise needs a happy ending for once!

How is she a messed up psycho? Her husband was killed. God knows what the O'Driscols did to her. Her house was burnt down and all her possessions were taken from her. Now she is surrounded by a gang of outlaws who pretty much just rob and kill for a living. This is the most logical progression for her. If she turned out to be a nun after all she's been through, that would have been really messed up.

She managed to kill every single person associated with the death of her husband, did not face any repercussions for it, became a super successful bounty hounter, helped kill Micah and then was able to make it to South America before Ross found Beecher’s Hope, if anything she had the best character development of the show. Sadie Adler is a wonderful ally for Arthur and John. How did you feel about Sadie's role in the epilogue? She got all of that O' Driscoll rage out of her.
After playing this game for awhile, Abigail is to me, the definition of a strong and independent woman. She stands up for herself and for her loved ones. One of my favourite characters in game.
Id love to actually have a spinoff game or add on to be able to play as Sadie on more bounty missions or whatever between the end of chapter 6 and the epilogue. I know you do a few with her as John, but I'd love to play as her for a well developed block of hours of missions.

Ch6: she starts being aggressive and endangering some of her companions.
Epilogues: Sadie is borderline broken, arrogant, cynical and not only endangers herself but companions and the tasks.

Abigail Roberts, the sister Sadie Adler never knew she had or wanted.
Sadie Adler was one of the best characters of the game and one of my personal favorites.
I'm surprised she just slaps you when you antagonize her. Though in the beginning I felt sorry for Sadie and wanted to comfort her myself at times, but seeing what she becomes you develop a respect but still want to be there. I feel thats how attachable she is.
It's sad to think, if arthur didn't die, him and Sadie could've made a life together

This is how you write a strong female character, where it's not shoved in your face and not all about "girl power". Her actions speak louder than any bragging/trying to act tough would.
I don't want to argue, but Sadie is more power than girl. She just turned into a bitch. That's development...in a way. But it's not growth either.
It's also important to keep in mind that Sadie is brave, as she points a gun at you in her house in the middle of nowhere in the snowy mountains. Yet in Horseshoe she says she isn't brave. I get that people grieve in different ways, but this to me proves online was an after thought.
1:39 Abigail was being real about life especially during that time where people would die destitute and impoverished. And if you move on from it it doesn’t change the fact that you watched your husband brutally murdered in cold blood.. The PTSD would’ve damaging

I just noticed this .... in the beginning micha is chasing saidie adler with arthur n dutch and at the end micha has sadie as a hostage and trying to avoid john marston with Dutch there and it was Dutch that shoots micha so john could finish him off .

The thing I love about her Arch? it doesn't forget to her more gentle traits. She's aware that Abigail needs her husband. She needs her son. Sadie sees herself in Abigail. She doesn't want the same thing that happened to her to happen to them. She knows how much it hurts to loose those you love.
Personally i believe that sadie and jake adler were rdr2's bonnie and clyde..i mean why else would a couple be living out in the middle of bumfuck nowhere in the snow, with a huge ranch, isolated from society, also she tracked down the odriscolls in secret and helped take down their whole gang, i also believe that she is responsible for the capture and subsequent hanging of colm odriscoll. And she becomes a legendary female bounty hunter

Sadie Adler is one of the most awesome character in the game, and perhaps much underrated! She is funny, intriguing and even sexy. Her personality has an incredible development throughout the story and in the end she becomes a tough heroine. I hope this character will be further development in Red Dead Redemption 3 or in a DLC! ❤️🔫🔫🔫💪

It's so sad seeing Dutch being the one stopping Micah from tormenting Sadie and saving her despite having no obligation to do so, then seeing him transform into somebody who only helped Eagle Flies so he could manipulate him and the other Natives into fighting the army. I don't know if he was always bad, I'm hoping and choosing to believe he wasn't, but what a waste
they should make a DLC of Saddie and Charles to see what happen to them afterwards

The next red dead game should have us play as Sadie, she's literally the best interpretation in the series for what players do in-game.

I didn't like how she caused so many deaths that didn't need to happen, she made us kill many innocent cops. But besides that I liked how pretty she was in first person and her tough attitude.
I hate that Sadie didn't get DLC. I really, REALLY wanted Red Dead Redemption 2 to get the Episodes of Liberty City DLC treatment, where we see the story from the perspective of other characters.
When Arthur, Dutch, Bill, Javier and Micah were in Guarma we could've gotten DLC where Sadie briefly assumes the role as gang's leader in Dutch's stead since the gang members mention that she was the one who kept everyone together, safely relocated the family, and saw to it that Hosea, Lenny, and Kieran got proper burials.

sadie has become incredibly strong being able to win a knife fight with 3 men take on entire group of people just with a revolver learn to throw knives in just a couple of days and got revenge for her husband shes built different
