- In this video, I will show you how to use your Samsung galaxy tablet (such as S7, S8, or S9 series) as a secondary display for your Windows 11 or 10 PC or Laptop.
This trick will allow you to extend your windows 11 or 10 PC to a Samsung galaxy tablet. In this video, I will using a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. This will leak to the user having access to dual monitors for increased productivity and convenience.

I agree. One of the GREATEST features of my Tab S8 Ultra that no one talks about is the 'Second Screen' feature. SuperDisplay a $10 app works really great. The Tab S8 Ultra has basically replaced my Wacom Cintiq as my main Photoshop editing device. It's higher resolution, wireless, lighter, portable, and the S-Pen might be even better... Samsung's built-in 'Second Screen' works OK, but it used to work much better than it does now, I don't know what happened, but hopefully they will update it to work as good as SuperDisplay does. Plus, your files stay resident on your workstation and you don't have to copy files back and forth.
I find that SuperDisplay works exactly the same wired or over WiFi. If there's a difference, I don't see any. As I mentioned, it's SO much better than Samsung's Second Screen. It's pretty crazy to me that Samsung definitely knows how much of a superior product SuperDisplay is and they could easily license the technology (like they do Wacom's EMR) or even purchase the company without even batting an eye, instead they ship a vastly inferior piece of software...
does this app can use wirelessly with 60hz with touch and pen?
I'm pretty sure that wacom makes the technology for the s pen lol

The thing is sometimes I can connect it, sometimes it is connecting then automatically disconnected without go to the second screen mode. Do you know how can I fix this problem?
What about with any other tablet? What about as a third screen?
Try Super display
If you pause the video at 6:24 and read the notes on the Tablet screen, you'll see that it does in fact still need to install the Second screen app on your PC and it will most likely need you to be signed into the same Samsung account, as it is showing it on the tablet screen.
Realistically, all you are doing, is adding a lot of additional steps by having to go Windows + K on the PC and then into Settings > Connected devices > Second screen on the tablet as opposed to just opening the Second Screen app on your PC and it does the rest for you.

Great video Saki. My tab s9 ultra won't connect using both methods. The screen goes black for a few minutes and then i get a notification on the pc to say couldn't connect. Is there a setting I'm missing?

This is great, I have a Samsung laptop Galaxy Flex 2 5G and a Tab S9 Ultra but the mouse on the tabs S9 Ultra seams slow,delayed? Do you have any ideas why that might be?

what resolution is used when connected as a second display. Is it possible to change it? Does the second screen work over a wireless connection if an Nvidia Geforce graphics card is used?

What about screen size? You can notice that screen size on laptop gets smaller than before connet whith tablet. Do You have remedium for that?

Sadly for me, the connection stop after few seconds. And it fails connecting (win 11 to Samsung Ultra Tablet). Both method does not work. The PC sees the tablet but connection failed. No VPN Both on same wifi.
The same thing happens to me and I don't know how to fix it yet. In the meantime i use multicontrol on my galaxy book 3

Second screen doesn't work for me. Using S9+ with Dell Win 11 Laptop. Tablet Screen goes black for few sec and connection failed. Tried with second screen app on Laptop but same results :( . Any suggestions ?.

Just for everyone's knowledge do your research on the different tablets S7, S8, S9 etc. Not all of them have a OLED screen so if your running Samsung Ultra Book3 and you want a good looking display like your laptop has for example you need to find S7+ the regular S7 is not OLED....Same for the other models some have one other versions dont. Some OLED versions need to be Wifi 5G etc. Just food for thought.

No. As long as you have strong Wifi.

In tab s9 fe it doesn't work on any pc, I think it only works with samsung laptops

Doesn't work for me. I don't have Wifi on my PC and it apparently demands it, even if you are connected via USB-C. Very odd Samsung.

Like this feature could've been SOOOO much better, but they have to LOCK the features (SuperDisplay can do all those mentioned for $15 one time payment regardless if you have multiple tablets as long as it is connected to the same google account on playstore) behind their stup*d ecosystem.
Previously you don't even have to use a Samsung account and you can just connect to windows, now they are locking that up too. The Tab A9 series also used to have a similar second monitor function but they locked it up in a recent update.

Everything else seems okay at first glance, it is when you actually look deeper into it that it doesn't really make a lot of sense. Don't get me wrong the features are fine, but to reiterate IT CAN BE SOOO MUCH BETTER.

I can confirm their washing machines are worthless, but mobile is pretty solid.
