Thank you for watching.
Buy Chetna's books. They are beautiful and will last for years. The recipes that I've made have all been great.
Thank you so much!
I second that! I have most of her books. The photography is gorgeous and the recipes are Devine. They have been my go to for anything I want to make.
I agree …I have all her books and they are great!
30 Minute Indian is a wonderful book. I use it all the time! This recipe is delicious. 🧡
Thank you😍
Im 71yrs old and new to Indian cooking. This recipe is the nicest I've made yet❤. Can't wait to buy the 30 minute cook book.
Watching your cooking shows for years have made my friends think I am some kind of genius when I'm just a musician, personally they don't like me, but cooking freaks them out in a good way, so you have a loyal watcher. Thank you.
I made this last night for dinner following the recipe in your book, it was so delicious! I had more than 30 minutes so I let the chicken marinate for two hours, and used bone-in chicken thighs instead. Will definitely be making this again and again.
yum
Can you please tell me what spatula you are using. looks very practical.
Awesome recipe! Thanks!!
Your 30 minute cookbook is one of my favs!
Going to try this soon. It looks delicious. Can this be refrigerated? I like to bulk cook

I love your recipes.
We have made this one already twice this month. Easy, fast, delicious
its so yum... Your kitchen is sparkling clean. Do you have a maid for it ? If not, then you should let us know how its done
Loved it, I will try soon, you have maintained your charm. Lots of love❤
Another tip that you can use to thicken is powdered potato. Adds no flavour but thickens lovely.
Great Recipe I’ve a Signed copy of this book. 📕 ❤️
Love this quick, easy and delicious chicken recipe!
Wow so nice and healthy
I’m trying to find where to buy the spices you use or you recommend on your website but I’m not having any luck. The ones the supermarket stores sell are not the same quality. Do you have a particular brands that you recommend? Love your dishes! I am learning so much! Thank you ❤❤
Made this today. Absolutely yum and easy too.
Great recipe! Looked delicious! 🎉
Great vedio i will watch again and again
Cooking this right now, with some fire roasted tomatoes added in. And some English peas near the end. It smells amazing🌟
Loved the series Chetan. Will look forward for more such recipes
Looks so yummy, thank you ❤
My pleasure 😊
Chetna! This is the same as your ‘best chicken recipe ever’ ?? Which I have made a hundred times and is my favorite 🤔
“And by onions I mean tomatoes” 😂😂😂 love that you just kept this part in. I’m making a bunch of your recipes today for my husband for Father’s Day ♥️ love your content Chetna!
Well, if I wasn't hungry before watching this, I certainly am now! Thanks for another great recipe! 💖
I have the book and can thoroughly recommend it.
Being a super busy working mom , I am Loving this channel .
This was a lovely recipe which I've made multiple times (and included onion 😉). Question, please: I never made Indian food prior to moving to the US; As an ex-pat, I've now made Indian food for a few years here in the US; The local Indian food shops offer *multiple* types of gram flour. Is there a 'typical' or 'standard' gram flour I should purchase which is most commonly used with Indian cooking? (Apologies for the vague explanation, but there are literally ~10 different types and I feel lost.)
Google gave me this answer: The most commonly used Indian varieties of flour include atta, maida and besan
Atta is whole wheat flour, while maida is refined wheat flour and white in colour. Besan is gram flour used for pakora/ onion bhaji etc.
Do you have to use onions as the recipe in your book doesn't have them ? or do the onions add to the flavour ?
Delicious well done ❤
I've always coveted that flat dish you use for making chapatti, flatbreads etc. Brainwave! I removed the handle from an old frying pan and I've now got something that will do the job.
