    2006. 49 HR and 50 strikes out. 😁😁😁. Unbelievable. Basically one HR per one out strike out.

      @jonesvaughn8946 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      It always amazes me how Albert came up in a era where pretty much all power hitters were striking out almost 200 times a year with some even striking out 200 plus times in multiple seasons and the most strikeouts he's ever had was 93 which he did twice and even in his decline in performance with the angels he still never struck out 100 times.

      2004. Bonds. 45 HR and 41 strikeouts. Even more unbelievable.

      @@HBKStyles okay and I was talking about his whole career and looking at the career numbers they both played 22yrs in the MLB and bonds struck out 102 times in his rookie year and had plenty of season of 80+ strikeouts whereas pujols never struck out 100+ times and only had two seasons where he struck out 80+ times either way to be a power hitter and play 22yrs in the MLB and never once strikeout 100 times in a era where it's either hr or strikeout is pretty impressive.

    One of the best human beings who just happened to go on and be one of the best baseball players of all time. I had so many great childhood memories watching Albert play in STL.

      "Best human beings"?
      Refuses to learn English, his his host country's language, yet takes millions from them
      Refuses to sit out games in spite of a BA of .230, taking valuable AB's from future ( and better) players.
      Refuses to reveal his true age because he knows damn well he's much older than he is admitting.

    One of the 2 best players ever with combination batting eye and power. Moreover, only Hank had more RBIs. Ask any pitcher when they have to throw their highest leverage pitches. Either facing a bopper or with runners in scoring position. I tried to watch every at-bat I could throughout his career. I miss him.

      @@MistaGrim why?

    • @MistaGrim
      @MistaGrim 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@miro11912 Like anybody who wears makeup. If you have any blemishes, dark spots, red spots, those have to be covered up because the camera picks up things differently than the human eye. One of the other things makeup lessens is a face or forehead being too shiny on camera because of the studio lights.
