Di thanks a lot..its very meaningful to me i also repeat that same mistake to lower my craving that I forcefully stop myself to take that particular food and it works but for short times.... today i learn that don't apply force on my body just take a basic amount of protein and drink water and find a good replacement for that particular food and healthy one. And yes it is true that I always distract during my meals then I realised that its true when I take small amount of food but necessary protein and fats and i enjoyed it I feel like I satisfied with that food. Today you point out many things so I personally thank you.😊😊

Roasted nuts, fresh fruits & dry fruits are the only snacks around. Cravings actually has a pretty small time frame after which they die down. Also I've stopeed going to supermarket for shopping...has helped avoid buying attractive, unhealthy extra items displayed! SwiggyZomata has made our life easier but difficult to remain healthy

Good info! But taking protein in dinner may cause indigestion. U have not mentioned anything abt fiber. Any food rich in fiber can generate good satiety.
Please di help for to find substitute for chowmein's burger because I have cravings for this a lot even it had denied by doctor but I can't do anything because I loved it alot .😢
