    If those self tapping screws end up pulling out, I'd go with rivet nuts. Harbor Freight has a cheap kit for $25 that has the tool and a bunch of threaded inserts. Good part is you can just enlarge your existing holes to out in the inserts.

      We'll see. If they pull out I'll likely just tap the A-Pillar and but the machine bolts in it.

    I am considering similar addition to an Element,but I believe there is an airbag in that location. Am I mistaken?
