my indoor device has entered debug mode several times. you have to swith of the power adapter and plug it again to clear the message. do you know why this hapening? is there a key compination to enter "debug mode" that i press accidentally?

1 plug ( ac adopter 12v) for first screen + 2nd plug (ac adopter 12v) for second screen + 3rd plug( ac adopter 12v) for Door lock
