Hi, please. i need help. the audio it doesnt hear in the indooor station, only some times a few seconds, but it cut off and doesnt work. the distance betwen 2 units door station and indoor station is 54 yards. Is this the prblm, the distance?

1 - Can we run the white cable (connecting both unit) along with any other electrical wire in same underground pipe without disturbing Audio/Vedio quality ?
2 - Which wire we can use to extend the wiring of door lock to connect outdoor unit and adaptor.
3 - I have to install indoor unit on my 1st floor (Distance almost 30 meter from outdoor unit), Will there be any loss of Audio/Vedio quality ?

my indoor device has entered debug mode several times. you have to swith of the power adapter and plug it again to clear the message. do you know why this hapening? is there a key compination to enter "debug mode" that i press accidentally?

Thanks for your support, The cable maximum length you can use up to 90M for better video & audio quality. Use Cat6 Cables.

Hello I have a questions I have done this setup and added another screen so a slave monitor but when I call from the front doorbell and answer from one unit the other unit keeps ringing? Is this normal?
No. Once answer any one of the screen. The another screen will stop ringing

Also connection should be in series or parallel.?????
Connection to lock is series.
You connected doorlock with another power supply,although in the drawing this lock should work by same power supply connected with the Indoor Unit.
Indoor unit power supply also we can use, but better use separate power supply for Lock.

At the door end I only have coaxial and DC cable can I use them
You can use DC wire (+ve & -ve) & Coaxial wire (outer and inner core) like 4wires, This way to connect Indoor screen from outdoor unit.

Yes, EM lock will close the door always. When switch off your VDP same time need to switch off EM lock power supply also. Suppose The lock function is working reversely, Then change the connection on outdoor unit pins (use NC & COM pins)
