    I was always the start on Monday person and it never stuck. Finally one day I started on a random Thursday and 2 years later I have successfully maintained a 40 pound weight loss. It finally stuck 😊

    After losing weight, gaining muscle, FINALLY getting the body I loved, then having my daughter, me gaining it all PLUS SOME I have struggled so bad with getting back into it. My daughter is 6 now, my marriage is in the gutter and I feel like I’ve finally hit the mindset that I needed the whole time. I feel this whole time I was not focused enough on ME. I’m just getting started and although I’m MAD it took this long I’m so excited for my new journey in self love and self care. Ty for the validation. 😊

    I released over-65 pounds last year & reached my goal weight. I put the weight back on due to a number of factors. We also moved house 🏠 & brought our home. I am ready to get back on track & release the weight again. I know what works for me as I released the weight before. Thanks to this video I have written down some milestones & rewards I will treat myself too (not food related) once I reach a certain number on the scale.
    When I released over 65 pounds I ate what I wanted 80% healthy 20% junk just made sure I fit it into a calorie deficit.

    Thank you so much for this! I had an injury for a couple of months and haven't been able to find the motivation to start exercising again this month now I'm healed.. This has given me a kick! :)

    I’m gonna stick to losing weight and not giving up and when I get off track get back on track instantly. And keep doing intermittent fasting. And working on stopping binge eating. And do my bike every other day and most of all be motivated each and everyday and not give up and vlogging my weight loss journey cause I wanna look so good and feel so good and find men who love me and want to give me the life I want and desire and get monetized on TH-cam and becoming health coach and help women to lose weight and do some reading on ending binge eating and keep trusting and believing that this weight will come off. I enjoy your videos. Thanks for posting this. Here’s to working on eliminating binge eating at night. I feel positive.

    Thank you. I took you on my walk today Sunday and heard a few things I needed to hear. I have started my own journey a few weeks ago and have to agree staying steady on breakfast and lunch helps me keep on track for calories for dinner.

    Even though its Monday today 😂 this has really helped me. I've written out my Goals (which I have done before) but also written down exactly HOW to reach these goals, I've never done this before and I think it'll make a big difference! It really made me think that's great but HOW are you going to do this! I'm feeling so motivated and ready to start and if I feel like giving up I will not be thinking "it's fine, I'll start again on Monday" no blocking progress anymore.     You posted this at the perfect time, I appreciate the value shared! Especially when you touched on putting a lot of pressure on ourselves and planning to go full out which results in burn out. This was literally me in my head feeling it’s the only way I’m going to progress lol. Not anymore! So important to start small and avoid getting impatient. Super excited for a new week AND month… here’s to actual consistency without the excuses🧚🏽‍♀️🤍

    14:58 Knowledge is power. Also money is power. Therefore knowledge is money.
    That part about the person you know who wanted the wine and chocolate really hit. It's about knowing yourself. I realized that I would rather not eat at all than not fill my stomach. So I stuff myself once every other day for the last three and a half months and my weight has maintained.

    But what do you do about when you start exercising your appetite is so much higher! I never get full even if I eat healthy. Does that eventually go away or am I going to eat nonstop forever if I exercise? Thats why I give up im like I either am going to be starving (tried more calories like 2000 at least still doesn't feel like enough) and gain weight, or if I know that will get better ill push through it, or I'm not gonna exercise

      That definitely goes away !! Make sure to up your protein intake and just fuel your body since it’s asking for and one day you’ll stop craving so much
