  • Hello and Happy Sunday everyone!
    This weeks video is a highlight of six of the main things and mind-set changed I feel helped me through my journey, mainly the weight loss and dieting phase. I tried to think go six that aren't as generically used in these types of videos so I hope it really helps.

    I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing videos I’ve been following you for a while! As I found you so relatable being a fellow Manchester girl!! And you made calorie deficit sound do able and simple and I just wanted to say I’ve been cooking your recipes and used all your skinny food codes and my protein got a fitness coach and I’m 6 weeks in now I’ve lost 10lbs and I’m down a dress size …. But the best thing is I’m loving it and I feel like this is defo my new lifestyle thank you so much for the inspiration x

      I have 0% Fage yoghurt with a chopped banana, blueberries, strawberries and a crushed mini meringue and honey on top. It’s my fav and super quick, 215cals and 12g protein x.

    Hello Love just don’t build across your channel I do you have a question I am a type one diabetic on a insulin pump. I am looking for help or tips to help lose my stomach area. I’ve been told that having too much proteins can turn in to sugar, etc. etc. etc. please if you have any tips to help me out I currently weigh 200Pds..
