  • OPEN ME!
BE SURE TO WATCH IN HIGHEST POSSIBLE QUALITY.
It has been quite a while! Here is a video explaining EXACTLY why I have been gone so often. Good news, I'm ready to upload at least one video a week now since I've been doing better. I don't go into extreme detail in this video, as I may make more detailed videos on my experience with mental illness in the future. Thank you so much for watching; this video was so hard for me to film but I felt I really needed to at this point. There is also an important message at the end, especially for those who are really struggling. I urge you to watch it. I appreciate all of you who watch this video and support me! If you are dealing with suicidal thoughts and don't have someone to talk to, PLEASE call the national suicide prevention lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or text HOME to 741741 in the US if you don't want to talk out loud.
Feel free to follow me on any of my social networking sites:
    Instagram: @missbiss4
    Twitter: @missbiss49
Facebook: @Alyssa Billingsley (as of now my Facebook is not being used)
Please do not leave rude and disrespectful comments. Any of these comments will be deleted and the user will be reported. I will not have any negativity on my channel.
Do you have any video ideas? Please feel free to comment any ideas for future videos in the comments section and I will be sure to check it out.
Thank you for watching! If you liked the video, please like, comment, and subscribe.

    Trigger warning below
You inspire me to start TH-cam videos myself randonly too =). I for the longest time felt alone. This video has helped me bounce back. I was actually thinking about SI on march 8. I have been feeling down but i soldier on. I'm 32 years old and finding others that can understand and accept me is not without issues. I have been kicked out of support groups like 50 billion times and i don't have anyone else. But listening to this video lifted my spirit up. Thank you for posting your videos. I want to start posting videos on TH-cam about disability issues. Again thank you and God bless you =)

I hope you can get the peace of mind you need. Trust me I’ve been there and still struggle but there is a light in the darkness.

Though this is an old video, I have struggled with uploading my first year of TH-cam due to my mental health too. I found a way that helps me upload consistently, it's pre recording your videos on your best days (I mean like 8 videos so you upload at least two a week for the month) so that you still have something to upload even on your bad days.

Remember suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I know it's difficult but you have to train yourself to see the edge of the cliff coming up before your hanging off the edge or worse falling. While I agree with the person below on having having nutritional testing done do not listen to her about going off your meds without consulting a professional doing so can be extremely risky and can send you into a tailspin. Coming off medication can be just as difficult as finding the right combination to take. With that said it's good to see you again. :)

DOYLECLEVERLOBE1 Thanks! For the whole comment, I appreciate it. I know that person means well so I don’t have a problem with it. There’s a lot they don’t know that I haven’t mentioned and probably won’t for a long time; there’s always more to a story than it seems. I’ve been doing much better after adjusting my medication and being more productive. I’m excited to be uploading more regularly very soon again!
