Thank you. The two key solution worked. My wife was locked out of the vehicle yesterday with the engine running, and my son had to drive 20 miles with the other key to get it unlocked. Now we can unlock the vehicle with the code. Awesome!
For push start it works the same. you have to have both key fobs. locate the key fob location groove ( F150 is in front of the shift lever, in the tray. remove the pad to reveal the groove) then repeat the steps Andrew showed you for both keys. the code is revealed in the dash.
Hi. What year did you try this with? I have a 2019 Lariat and could not get this to work. My fob groove is in one of the cup holders, unless I had it in the wrong spot. Any tips? Thanks!
@bradlyolson i just did it with my 2019. Put the key in the cupholder spot, press the start button without pressing the brake. Turn off and switch the other key to the cup holder and press start agian and the code will appear on the screen in about 3 to 5 seconds
This is great same as some of the guys on the post.. I bought the truck used and had nothing with the code .. that side panel and this video are a life saver!! thank you !
The sticker the backside fuse box behind the passenger kick panel worked like a charm for a 2022 Raptor I just bought that came with only one keyfob and no security passcode card!! Thank you!!
Thank you. This really worked. Dealership quoted $75+tax to retrieve the code. Guys like you who saves all this money for the people by teaching things for free are soo underrated in this world. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
The third option worked for us! Since the F150 we have is a 2021 it has a start stop button so the key scenario didn’t work. But we where able to do the third options it is easy enough to accomplish, the sticker was not in the bottom like the video, in this model year they moved it up, a little difficult to see but with some patience you can read the code it’s in a very small font. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video, saved us $100 or more!
I took mine to the dealer and he told me it would be 179.99 plus tax to "hook it to a computer to retrieve the code". Seems like robbery honestly. Anyways, I had to do method 3 since we only have one key. I broke a few of the clips, but everything seems to be held together after putting it back. So glad I was able to get the code even though they should have given it to me when I bought it!
Awesome! We too bought a used F150 and it did not have the entry code and we only have 1 key. The side panel below the glove box was a bit tricky, but got it to work. Thank you!
So thought the card was gone so I tried the 2 key fobs. Worked perfect. Programmed own code...Then when putting the manual back in the glove box I really found the card with a code on it. It has a completely different code, that also works. I'm not going to go look for it, but I wonder what code is behind the trim on the passenger side. Thanks for the video.
Just bought a used F-150 (2023 XLT) and it had two key FOBs. They tried to charge me $500 for the extra one. I said no thanks. They did the whole ‘you won’t be able to access the factory code then’. Once again TH-cam wins lol Thank you for this.
@@AndrewDoesLife they also wanted $500 for putting nitrogen in the tires. And $600 for their ‘package’. I told em to empty out the nitro, put in regular air and go clean off their package garbage. They just said ok ok we will take off the fees. If you kick back they will give in on a good number of things.
You're the bomb, I just bought a used 2019 where the keyless entry card was missing. I went to 2 dealers, one told me $67, and the other told me $100. I looked up your video, and the 2 key technique gave me my code.
Just bought a 2016 F350 6.2L Super Duty and the door code is in the same spot.. no bar code... just a small white sticker with 5 numbers and a letter... it worked. Thank you!
I bought a used 2017 F150 and the security card was missing. I went to a dealer, who wanted $69 for the five-digit code. Your video and the 2 key method got me the code on the first try. Thanks so much! You 'da man!
Bought a used 2010 Escape 4 years ago and did not have the code, finally decided to figure it out. Unfortunately your tips did not work on this year/model. :( Thanks for the video though.
Bought my '16 F150 preowned, and it came with two keys, so I'll head out and get that done. It sure doesn't stay for long, so it may have to be done twice for us older individuals. :)
Well, the crazies have to get in the vehicle first for all of these UNLESS someone that wants something in a friend/realitves car they can get the code IF that person didn't reset the code from factory, which I'm hoping most people do.
You don’t have to do this if you have two keys to your vehicle. Take first key, turn key to Engine II just before engine starts. Wait exactly four seconds. Must be exactly four seconds. Take first key out, put in second key repeat to engine II and after a few seconds your factory code will pop up! I did this for my F150 2020 and it worked!!!

How do you do the key method if it’s push start?
When you get in the car, push the button without pressing the break. This should work the same way as turning the key, but not all the way on.

Also ford edge has keyless entry code on fuse box driver sid
Hmm I wonder if my truck has it imprinted in the fuse box as well!

This works for any ford vehicle as long as you have both keys and the keyless entry keypad

That was two different codes.
Worked great on 23 RAPTOR , fob only! Thank you , dealership wanted to charge $179
What a rip off! Would’ve taken them 5 minutes to do so. That’s a steep hourly rate haha
